I have been using the P4P Muscle Booster App for about three months now and I love it. I'm no longer intimidated by workouts because this app tells me exactly what to do, when to do it, how many reps, etc. It's really improved my chest muscles

Do not download this app. You will be automatically charged over $100 after the one-week trial - which is NOT made clear when you download the app. I’m well familiar with how subscriptions work in iTunes, but the $100 charge is communicated upfront. It’s impossible to reach the support team to request a refund.

Don’t you ever try the trial option. They are thefts. It seems that you can have one week trial and then you’ll be charged for one year. But in reality once you click the one week trial, you’ll be immediately charged $96 and yet the period just began!

Really solid workout
The free version just makes you watch a 30 second video before opening up one of the programs. I use it to stretch. The programs are relatively short 14-20 ,minutes. I like the combo ab and chest work outs. The exercises are paced to make it more challenging. It's a great stand alone workout or in conjunction with a cardio day. Definitely worth buying to unlock, or keep as a freebie. I have been using it fairly regularly for 3-4 months. It is especially great when you sort of want to blow off a workout but convince yourself to do a short ( but intense) workout.
