All you need is a mat and your set! It’s really awesome and descriptive enough for beginners and intense enough if you’re more in shape and want to get back at working out again! I recommend doing the monthly challenge and adding one set of a different target muscles as well. I feel great.

Good for a quick workout!
This app is great after a walk or bike ride to feel like you got a full workout in, or for if you just don't have time to leave the house but need some exercise. The music and animation keeps you going and shows how each exercise should be performed, and the timer keeps you motivated. Feels like a productive 7 minutes!
