I’m over the moon and beyond!
Thank you Oleg and Lynx Minx for the best present news for Christmas and the New Year!! I’m always rechecking the reviews specifically for your updates and so beyond happy! This is the only game genre I play and only on my iPad, it helps take me away from the daily grind at the end of the day...therapy really. I was deeply saddened & shocked when BF took it away so abruptly. You, Oleg and now Mirko are angels! Great Story Line & Enjoyed Every Minute
I definitely changed my star rating to a 5. It was enjoyable, interactive, puzzles were easy or hard depending on your choice. I hope you create more games like this. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.
I am enjoying the graphics and the interactions. Birds that sing and wood crackers that move are great. However, this is my second time starting the game. I reached the point of "trying" to put the candles on the ladder in the observatory and nothing happens. The locations sparkles and that it is it. I reviewed your strategy guide and I have completed as stated. So, I deleted the game and restarted. If I can continue, I will increase my star rating. The only way to put up the candles to tap on the very, very top of the observatory dome.

This game was fabulous. I was not really in the mood for Christmas but this does put you in the mood. Thank you Oleg and Lynx , Catalina too. We would not be enjoying these beautiful games without you. Too lynx I know it like to lose your mother suddenly as I did to a couple years ago as well as my father 2 weeks later. I went to play again this year and the game does not work. It keeps asking you if you need help and cannot put crystals in the mirror because the mirror doesn’t move. Please fix.

Happy and Excited
I really enjoyed this game. With all the hours I have been working it is nice to be able to relax with fun games that we all enjoy. This was a very exciting game that was not too hard and I truly enjoyed all the characters.

Enchanting
I’ve just started playing, but so far I’m enjoying it very much. I love games where there are additional special items to find - like the trees & stars in this game. My favorite feature is the extra special effects - like when I touched a fireplace mantel and Christmas stockings flip down, or I touch a light and it swings and creaks. The colors are vibrant and the artwork beautiful.
I debated whether to subtract one star for the lack of labels on inventory items, but decided that, even though I feel that is such a basic necessity to omit, the game overall is 5 stars. I hope it continues to deliver 😊

Finally a happy story
So glad to see a game thats not about monsters and demons. I don’t have a huge issue with those except that it’s the only thing they ever seem the show. 🙄So good to see a game about fairytales and Christmas and fun stuff and happy go lucky things. The downside of this game is that you can’t tell what the tools are. There’s no description of the tools except for when you first click on them but afterwords they’re so small you can’t tell what they are or where to use them.

Can’t play at all
So much for bug fixes, I can’t through the unlocked gate to the swan lake all it does flash blue and chime when I tap to move forward. I tried emailing but that did me no good. It seems you only respond to good reviews so this probably won’t do any good either.

I have email you twice on this issue. When you reach the observatory the candles and fire cannot be put on the top of the ladder. I have deleted the game, reloaded and played all the way to the observatory. The same happened again. I paid 6.99 for this game. I want others to know not to waste your money.

Here we are again. We purchased these games with the belief that we could keep them and replay them whenever we wanted. But like pretty much ALL of these types of games, after a few updates, they no longer work. If you’re going to sell games with the promise of pay once play forever, UPDATE THEM SO THEY WORK. Otherwise what you’re doing is criminal.
