As usual, beautiful....
I was forced to restart Christmas tales from the beginning since no refund or as a matter of fact, no answer to my repeated requests for help.... so, maybe stupidly, I bought into another of theses games, hoping against hope, someone will listen if I get stuck again...I cannot leave such a beautifully set up set of games....am I crazy?
I guess I’ll see...I just asked what the phrase “walk down” meant in the strategy guide meant....I’m not slow, but there are many definitions that can be attached to this phrase....I hope they answer......I love these games, but customer service leaves a bit to be desired...If I get an answer..I’ll apologize...

Christmas Stories: Enchanted Express by LynxMinx
This gorgeous and magical little gem appeared a bit belatedly, but it was so magnificent that I didn’t really mind. More surprisingly, the helper in this game was Hansel, in the form of a mouse, and he was adorable (pretend that I never said that, lol!). The graphics were colorful and exciting, the storyline captured my interest, and the gameplay was entertaining and addictive. Each location had a plethora of tasks and collectibles. There was an issue, however with the collectible figurines. I was not able to collect the figurine in Tommy’s room because the little mouse was blocking it. However, more importantly, the map functioned properly, the HO scenes had an interesting variety, and there were different types of puzzles and games to suit every player. The game was actually a decent length, inclusive of the bonus adventure. It seemed shorter than it was because I so enjoyed the gameplay! I felt like I was actually in a fairy tale. My true rating will be 4.5 stars, and I only deducted a half star due to the collectibles issue. The overall quality assurance was better than what we had seen in the last few Elephant games. Keep the games coming, Elephant! We are raring to play!

Having trouble getting collectible item Tommy’s room
Great game, my only complaint is that I can’t get to a collectible item in Tommy’s room the first area. The mouse is in the way and the map shows that there is a collectible item there. This is mildly infuriating to me so if you could fix it I would appreciate it.

Christmas Stories 8 - Enchanted Express
I liked the game just fine until I got to the 3rd story. The Guide and the story somehow binded together and then froze. So you can’t read the Guide and you can’t really see the all items in the story clearly. I have deleted and reinstalled it but the same thing happened again. Though, I like and wanted to complete the game, I requested a refund. I wish that I could send you a picture of the problem because I know it’s hard to understand what I described above. Maybe if you can fix this, I will try purchasing it again.

Christmas Stories Express
Excited to find this when I opened apps. Beautiful scenery with lots of detail. Loved the hos games with variety and detail in each one. The different stories from the train kept my interest. May be short for some but I also spent time in secret room and replaying puzzles and hos. Truly enjoyed it.

Everything works together in this one. I always look for the mixing of music and movement—plus this has great puzzles, great stories, great characters. Thank you all for continuing these games that carry us through tough days with pleasure and keep our brains sharp. Moxieruby

Never buy these games
My advice to all is NEVER spend your money because the game eventually quits working after a few OS updates. I go back and play these Christmas games every year as I should be able to do since I bought it. Now they don’t work. The screen blacks out and when you restart, it just blacks out again. And as far as I can tell, the developers won’t update these older games.

Do not buy.
This use to be one of my favorites that I play during Christmas, but unfortunately, like Gift of the Maji and Little prince the graphics mess up on the last story. I would like to think that this would be fixed soon, but like the last two I mentioned, The Express maybe another title that won’t be working for the upcoming years. Just avoid the heartbreak by not purchasing

Me and my grandma were playing this when we were on the last story the mouse wouldn’t go under the bed when we gave the gnome the moon and the sun BUT it wouldn’t give us the flashlight I love it but please FIX it

Bugs galore
I love these games but made it the final story/quest and it just keeps blacking out. You can pick items up they don’t appear, etc etc. I’ve restarted it so many times but it isn’t playable. Completely stinks because it was quite fun and yet very annoying because I bought game.
