Easy to Use
This is an excellent app for booking & keeping track of all your times, even details members spending by categories (pro shop, golf, food, etc). I’m a Falcon Lakes member and I really like this app. Everything on it works great and is easy to understand. The phone app is actually a lot easier to use than using a computer, I think. SJR

Reliable and accurate
This year’s goal for me was to play much more golf than previous years. The previous years, calling clubhouses and failing to get reservations I was looking for was frustrating and took more of my time. This app also helps the clubhouses check everyone in quickly without waiting in line for someone to get off of the phone. This app is rated a 4 because I’d like to see all courses or clubs use it.

Crashes
Worked OK. Had several issues but was workable. Upgtraded to IOS 14 and now it just crashes. What good is an app that does not work? Have contacted support twice and just got automated emails. But no response dealing with the issues. Reading these reviews reveals that many are having the same issue. Need a fix soon.

App is fine. Avoid the company
The app is fine but avoid this company at all costs. They lure you in to booking with certain deals that are only available through the app or website and then refuse to refund or change anything regardless of the situation. The golf course I booked with canceled all tee times due to weather and refunded the portion of my payment to them directly, but Chronogolf still refuses to refund the portion paid to them. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with outside of their restrictive support email service. Book with your local golf clubs directly and avoid this company!

The best app ever.
This app is amazing. Imagine never having to call a golf course to schedule a tee time again. No more awkward conversations trying to figure out an open slot that works for you. I machine it’s Friday night and you forgot to make a tee time for Saturday, no worries, because you have Chronogolf.

Easier than the computer website
That’s a low bar but the app is generally easier to use. The app can be frustrating in editing a reservation. I’ve tried several times today to change a player category but cannot find a link for editing. Usually I’ve been able to add players in both member and day fee categories not today.

No support
I am able to book and add one player, but no others. When reaching out to support, I got an email with explanation, but my app does not have the features described. Sent screen shot, got back same email with no other help. Useless to me

No customer service
This company does not respond to emails, despite auto answers saying they will. I paid for a promotional tee time that had to be canceled because of heavy rains, & the golf course insists the refund must come from Chronogolf. But no response from them after a week of trying & even a phone call to their headquarters won't go thru. Will never do a promotion thru them again.

Can’t open the app with new IOS update
Just downloaded the app last night had a new iOS update today and the app doesn’t open anymore. I’ve tried uninstalling and uploading still nothing after multiple attempts

Cool but could use 1 feature
It would be nice to be able to search all available tee times at one time rather than having to check each course specifically.
