Update destroyer usability, I now just use Fandango.
Used to use and love the Cinergy app, but the update made it impossible to view all the showtimes at one location for a certain date. There’s nowhere to route you to today’s showings at a theatre. Like WHAT?! Either way, the redesign LOOKS okay, but it’s unusable.

Since the last update the app no longer seems to work. It doesn’t show any movies nor does it give you the option to buy tickets. I now have to go to the website to do all of this.

The app works great but what I want to know is when tickets will be available for Star Wars: The Last Jedi for December 15th. They’re available on Dec. 14th and have been for awhile. I’ve been waiting awhile now for tickets to be available for purchase on Dec. 15th. When will that be done? I can go somewhere else (to a competing cinema) and purchase them right now if I want to but would like to see it at Cinergy. Let’s get a move on it.

Update RUINED the app
The app was perfectly fine before this update and revamp. Now I cannot even login. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. The website is laggy, does not work, cannot even checkout without problems. Not all showtimes are listed either. Had to go online to the actual website to book tickets, extremely more difficult to work and navigate than before, this update has absolutely made me want to delete the app altogether. Very disappointed.

When I put in payment information after selecting seats it tells me “something went wrong please try again” but the payment still goes thru? I was going to try again but I noticed that the payment did get taken out of my account. I did advise a manger at the Midland Cinergy and they advise they could contact their IT Support. I recently bought tickets again and did the same thing. Can you please fix this issue?

Update changed everything
I don’t generally write reviews but I do feel the need to say that the update has caused me to not even be able to use the app anymore. I can no longer see my bookings I had coming up, cannot look up movie times and honestly have had to use my computer to buy tickets but it still not as friendly as before. I hope they continue to work out tue bugs because unfortunately it doesn’t seem like the new app was really Ready.

Can not log into app
Super easy to use on the computer no problem signing up and logging in. No problem logging in to my account through Safari but when trying to log into the mobile app, it keeps telling me “ problem logging in. Please check your details.”

WHAT HAPPENED CINERGY!!!
The app was absolutely wonderful in the beginning but for the last few months now it won't do a thing. Just like everyone else says all you get is the "please wait". It is definitely your app Cinergy so why not pay attention to your reviews & fix it cause I for one have started using the other theater in town because of the convenience with the app that they have that works without fault every single time.
