Very Useful Classroom App
I use this platform to teach English classes. It does very well overall. It would be great if there were a faster way to turn off and on a students camera in case of obscene gestures from young students. Also, support for gif files and a sound effects sound board would really help make the classes more versatile and fun. Even a limited number of sound board options would be great. Like 6 or so.

Not user friendly
If it were up to me, I would have deleted ClassIn and cut all ties with them ages ago but, alas, I use it because I have to. The app can’t get even the simplest things right. If you want to erase something you wrote on the blackboard you have to individually select EVERY stroke, there is no erase all or undo button in the desktop version. Here’s the wild thing, though, there IS an option to erase all when screen sharing. ???? Why can I erase all on screen share but not on the blackboard??? However, not on any screen share since there are 2 different screen share modes. You have to be on the right one which I always forget which it is. Ridiculous, I know. Another thing that irks me, allowing students to write on the blackboard also allows them to move/erase/minimize anything you, as the teacher, have put up. Why? No teacher wants their students to have that power. I just need them to have the power to write, erase and move what they’ve written not what I have. The only things I like from the app are the rewards you can give and the rolling dice tool. Other than that, mediocre app that needs major upgrades. I do really hope they fix these problems soon.
I forgot to mention, you cannot have this app opened in more than one device which is extremely inconvenient. In the case that you make the mistake of trying to do so it will completely log you off from the original device.

Many flaws in English grammar make it embarrassing to use as an English teacher
The app has potential, but is deeply flawed due to something easily fixed. It’s embarrassing to use the app as a professional English teacher at a high school because it’s rife with basic grammatical errors. I feel like I am teaching my students improper English just by having them use it; for example, I love the option to send incomplete or poorly written tasks back to kids for revision, but the terribly-written description says “Needs Revise,” which makes NO sense in English. Why craft such a great app in English, yet fail to consult truly fluent speakers to ensure an EDUCATIONAL program for online teaching uses proper English?! Just do it in Chinese if you don’t have the funding or contacts to do it correctly in English.

Data collection app
I made an account to test out the app. After I was done, I sent a message to support requesting to have my account deleted. I was told that they don't delete accounts, but could delete my profile information (except my phone number, which is displayed on the profile with only a few asterisks for "privacy"). I could delete my name and picture myself, but not my number, and the company can't/won't either. When I asked why can't they just delete my account, the rep seemed to really try to avoid giving me a straight answer, which I found to be very suspicious. I recommend everyone to stear clear of this app because this company, like the Chinese government, has absolutely no respect for peoples' privacy.

Classin is good, not the best
Today I had a lesson on Chinese and there was an upgrade thingy on the screen and I can’t click out of it! I called my dad for help, but he was running late. But it’s amazing, because we can customize our Avatar. The lessons are pretty long though, I was at 30, then it switched to an hour! It’s 18:48 Wednesday Dec 1 and I CANT GET INTO IT! The creator, pls tell me what’s wrong with the notification.

ClassIn is the best!
Whoa whoa whoa... I’ve been seeing lots of dislikes and bad notices, but ClassIn can help us communicate with the teachers and friends even if the stuff is confusing. Don’t just go around saying that don’t get ClassIn and rate it that it was horrible. I’ve been only to ClassIn like for 4 days or more. I learn Mandarin Chinese here, in this great app. For those of you who rated 5 stars(4 is also good), thank you. :) (*^*)

I don’t know why people say it is ridiculous, but it’s so amazing! Like, you can add friends, and temp classroom, and other things are amazing! I use it all the time and I made some groups it is absolutely amazing and the best, 5 stars! And also, to the one who rated 1 star, if you don’t like the app delete it. Don’t hurt the makers feelings.

Best platform for teaching
I have taught in different learning platforms but this so far has been the very best. It has its own reward system. You can maximize the video sizes of the students, can easily play recorded files and have your own drive! So much that Classin offers and can’t wait for more ❤️

Pretty Good
I like this platform but wish it were more user friendly. Trying to figure out if an option is working correctly or how to actually use it is frustrating- and the instructionals are limited. I would like games with rules on it so I can interact with my students who are out of the country more efficiently.

Hard to use
Not user friendly. If you don’t have a profile picture, every time you log on, it asks to update the profile picture which is not practical and very annoying.
The tools board has way too many tools listed but you need to move the cursor to checkout which icon does what. AND if you screen share desktop you cannot use other tools at the same time. And the IE in the app is not functioning properly.
