Who Knew I Needed This
I listened to a motivational talk with Matthew McConaughey recently. He spoke of how he has kept a journal since his youth and how much it helped him. He stated that we should keep track of our goals, accomplishments, dreams, desires and even failures throughout life. In doing so, it helps us navigate our path {I am paraphrasing of course}. So, I began on my own writing in a journal but to no avail. Then I found this little gem in the App Store. It triggers thoughts that I needed to talk about, but to myself and not others. There are SO many people in our current society who wish to talk about everything that is going on in their life as if others need to hear about it. We don’t. Social media platforms are to the detriment of our society where as a journal app like this one will enrich our inner life so we can be better for our society overall. Each of us have our own thoughts and struggles throughout this life. Keeping an intimate journal of our journey is a type of therapy for me. In sitting quietly and typing out my thoughts regarding a current situation, or my youth, it shows me how grateful I am for the life I have lived. Even with the heartbreak or chaos that you may have gone through in your life, when you sit in a quiet moment with just you, your thoughts, and God you see how to better navigate what your next steps should be. I have recommended this app to others in the last few weeks and will continue to do so.

Clearful is a phenomenal multi-functional application for journaling, archiving the traces of one’s past, promoting creative thought experiments, self-reflection, and healthy daily habits. The interface is user-friendly and turns your phone into a tool for use rather than a cluttered distraction from one’s life.
The templates provided and continuing to be added are well thought-out, diverse, and offer something for potentially anyone. Clearful provides a multiplicity of templates and guides to the user and allows the user to craft their own experience each day by journaling about a problem you are currently facing, the events planned for your day, the goals you want to accomplish, archiving one’s significant memories, sleep patterns, relationships, and the list goes on and on.

Finally a habit
There is something about journaling that makes you feel validated. No one can understand you better than yourself. I highly recommend this app. The free version works just as good as the pro version. In my opinion, I think the paid version is just to change the color template of the entries 🤷♀️ I love this app so much that I took the time to leave a review & paid for it just to show support and in hope people will start journaling themselves instead of turning to social media like they are going to make a difference in other people lives. The only way to make a difference is to start with yourself ✌️

Great Daily Motivation
I’m very glad that I came across this app. It has so many templates to work with. It’s definitely one of my favorite apps to reflect on my daily activities and life in general. I’m happy I decided to upgrade to the paid version. Indeed I am! This app has everything I need in one. I’m just upset that I didn’t come across it sooner. I had already paid for other apps before I found this one. I plan on only keeping the others for the year I paid for and keeping this app only. There’s no need for another app to journal and reflect on your day to day.

Wonderful journaling app. I’ve tried a few and this is my favorite. The writing prompts and templates are just enough to get me writing. And if I don’t have a lot of time, I can just spend like five minutes a day. I appreciate that there’s not a lot of bells and whistles to distract me from focusing on my writing.
Even though there’s a paid plan, they’re generous with the amount of free content. My only wish is that I’d like the option to keep my journal entries on my device, instead of uploading that data to their servers. Apparently the data is encrypted, which is good, but I’d feel much more comfortable if it was end-to-end encrypted.

Best app to write whatever you want to.
I have been using this app for about 3 months now and I just have to say when I’m feeling down or I want to say something to get it off my chest. I just open the app and write away. No one can comment on what you want to say. And it just you and no one else. You can go back and see how much you have changed just by one little entry you write like a month ago. I highly recommend this app. It is all FREE no Subscriptions or hide away fees. I’m glad I had downloaded this app 3 months ago.

Actually Helpful!
I was skeptical when I downloaded this app…I have tried other journaling apps and end up deleting them after ignoring them…so far I’m about a month in and I’m still using the app!
The prompts have been helpful and I’ve been enjoying this app.
It’s becoming a tab of items I need to discuss in therapy, which is great, normally I forget to bring that stuff up until it’s a major issue.

Best app to start journaling!
This app has the best journaling prompts! I’ve find the streaks and reminders very helpful and encouraging to journal something daily. I also like the rediscover feature to look back on my past entries, seeing the progress of how much more I open up in time is beautiful! For someone who feels like they are loosing themselves or in a relationship that they feel trapped in still consider downloading this it is free to add a Face ID or Touch ID too the app to unlock it!
