The radio feature?
I really like this application. It’s very informative and well put together. I don’t understand the radio feature. You can listen to it when the game starts but i do t know if it’s because you disconnect from WiFi or what you try to open the radio feature back up and all of a sudden your not in an area where the stream is available. Example I was in the garage listening to the live stream turned off the Bluetooth came in the house. After a couple minutes tried to stream now all of a sudden I’m not in an area where it’s able to be streamed!?? What is my garage a secret Licensed transmission space by the NFL?

Season ticket members
It’s a great app for my season tickets but since everything has gone mobile, you are suppose to be able to find your season ticket membership card on the app and it’s not there at all, this needs fixed, if we are going to have to use the mobile app only at the stadium

Best feature removed in 2017
Welp, has this app to listen to games on Sundays via radio. Now that feature has been restricted via geofencing for the simple reason that the NFL wants to monetize every f$&/@:n thing.
I will not pay to see this team until they actually start winning, so sorry bout cha (and me for being a fan from what it looks like)
Now to listen to the radio, you must use the website. On top of slow loading and navigation once at the site, it requires you to have the browser in the foreground the whole time. Now you can’t even get through a game due to battery usage. Fire the folks that thought of this, seriously.

I have no control
I used to use the app every day to listen to (not watch) CBD live. Unfortunately, when opening this app, the video stream automatically opens, and tapping the pause button does nothing. NOTHING. Are changes to this app even tested? Apparently not. I now automatically listen to CBD live on the Tune In app.
Using the radio button to listen to CBD after the fact doesn’t allow me to run the Browns app in the background and do something else. That’s just ridiculous.
This app is almost totally useless for me.

Disappointed
I have season tickets and this is the second year I can’t access my season ticket members card. Also was told a parking pass for training camp would be available on the app and it’s no where to be found. Very disappointed in this app.

Radio and Videos
The App is working really well for me. I do not live in an area that broadcasts the Browns on TV, but I get by with the Radio button and Videos. I especially like how the videos become faded after I have watched them once so that I can discern the fresh footage.

Staying Connected in Enemy Territory
Love this app! My brother lives near DC and told me this is the app he uses to listen to the Browns games. I live closer to baltimore and with this app I don't have to listen/watch that garbage when the Browns are playing.

Great App
Some of the negative reviews aren’t even about the app, rather the team, players or things not liked about the NFL. Those of you need to leave those reviews with whom they’re referencing. This app is great, I love it, if you don’t then you’re not a true Browns fan! GO BROWNS!!!

Good app, but flawed for season tickets
App seems informative. But as a season ticket holder I cannot access or even get to my digital member benefit card. Also leads to question how I share it with others in my family who are attending the game with me.

Doesn’t update.
Like that I can somewhat follow the game, however the app isn’t great at keeping up with what’s happening. I know the game is in the third quarter but it still says there is 55 seconds left in the second. Also, the radio feature isn’t even coming up anymore so there is no way for someone that doesn’t live in the proper area to follow along with the game.
