The New App is TRASH
Let me tell you OSU Buckeyes whoever you paid to so call upgrade your app sold you snake oil. THIS APP IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. Integration from previous accounts is trash. Logging in is trash. Content is trash. Its poor. I see the one star reviews are abundant. I am not trying to be mean or rude. This app just plain is terrible. Season tickets do not show up. Its a fiasco. On updates to this trash app credentials need logged in all the time. Integration from the old app to this pile of trash is not even ratable for anything positive. The app I rate at a zero.

Login issues
This app worked fine before the update. I can’t log in to my account even after I have verified my information and changed my password twice. I came on here and found out through other reviews that others are having the same issue. This needs to change before the season.

App isn’t working
Last year my stuff loaded just fine. With the new update it says my login credentials are invalid, and that I need to contact support. However, there is no support link to find out what might be going on, and also no link to reset password either. Hopefully this issue be addressed before the football season starts.

Latest update broke it
The update that came out a couple weeks ago may be completely re-log into the app. The update that came out today blew all that information away. It won’t connect. I can’t change my password and there’s no way to log into it now. I have no way to access my tickets.

Upgraded App is Garbage’s
It’s hard to login. It says invalid password so when try to reset password it says no account. I’ve had the app for a couple years and seemed to work okay prior to the so called upgrade. Needs attention asap for a better fix/ ease of use

Can’t load tickets into Apple Wallet
I’ve spent over an hour trying to get tickets that we’re transferred to me into my Apple Wallet on my phone. There is no button to do so, even though there are several reminder windows that tell you you need to.

Never thought I’d say this, but thank god for Ticketmaster. Otherwise I’d never be able to get and manage tickets quickly. I use Ticketmaster directly to buy and manage my buckeye tickets. This app hangs and needs lots of work soon.

This ap seems to get worse with each upgrade. Now you can’t transfer tickets from your contacts, you have to manually put in the information.

Just an awful app!
I can’t login to the app. I can login on the web from the email, but not on the app. Seriously, this is 101. Fix it - you’re better than this (or you should be).

Same issue as others
I cannot get to tics at all because of credential migration issue reported by others. Also, can’t find any offer of assistance on the app to resolve problems for users.
