Better before update
I recently updated the game and now the task sequencing is off. When you’re in the middle of a rush, it trips you up and ruins everything. If you have an item selected already, even if your select it again later in the sequence and the other order is supposed to have been dropped off first, it isn’t and the nurse picks up EVERYTHING. Can also not preselect finished labs to return them to the patient table. It’s very frustrating. Loved the game before this.

It’s fun, buuuut…
The game seems clearly generated to make you watch an insane amount of ads, or use your money to buy coins to progress. The amount of coins you earn per level doesn’t even allow you to scrape by in the next level, so you’re left either 1, staying stuck in the same level cuz you can’t upgrade until you run out of lives. 2, watching ads to get more coins. Or 3, spending money to buy coins so you can actually move forward.
I’ve also found that if you don’t select to watch an ad to earn a prize, then one will automatically play between load screens anyway.
I have also found that after each level it the game takes you out to the main screen, even if there’s nothing for you to do on that screen. That requires you to go back to the location you were playing and then select to continue playing the game, it’s very clunky and an unnecessary delay.
Overall the game is very fun, and I WANT to play it! But the overall design seems to be trying to prevent you from playing it. So it’s likely to be short lived on my phone. 😔

Wasted money on Golden Ticket.
I bought the Golden Ticket a couple of days ago, and have wasted my money. I have been stuck on this same level, and can’t pass at all. I only have a few days to collect the gifts remaining. To top it off, I wasted 50 diamonds desperately trying to pass the level with only about 20 coins left to pass, but that nurse kept on screwing up so bad that I couldn’t even pass. The nurse just stands there when she is supposed to be moving, screws up on items and the game only gives about two minutes at most to pass a level. I lose all of my lives, and have to wait a long time for them refresh. I have never been so angry at a game app like I am this one. The biggest disappointment was wasting my 50 diamonds because the game has this idiot nurse that screwed up so bad. This needs to be fixed so that players can have a proper shot at passing these levels. I’m fed up with the nurse just standing there, going to wrong beds or not delivery the right products. When I think I am doing everything right, she screws everything up!!! Jokes on me. I will not be purchasing another Golden Ticket. It’s a waste.

The nurse so too slow, even after upgrading her, she’s just too slow. She’s in the same upgrade section as the doctors and the doctors are much more quicker than she is, even with the speed boost, it has her been successful.

Glitchy when you’re gonna win
I’ve noticed that the game will get glitchy when you’re having a good round.. it’s really weird. I pay $$$ and will upgrade a ton and it’s only good for one level win and then they want more money. I like the game but it does cheat and I’m almost done with it.. so be warned .. it’s practically impossible to win later levels without spending cash. If you think the game is cheating than you’re probably right.. I swear my character will start losing her mind.. picking things up I didn’t click and everything else. Like I didn’t do that. Blah whatever .: I forgot these apple games are like this :(

Fun at first, all your money after it
This is ridiculously ridiculous. I was playing, very nice at the beginning. This game is not only designed for you to spend money but it is designed for you to spend all of you family money. After you get addicted, doesn’t matter how good you are at the game, you have to spend money, which is fine once the guys worked to provide us some fun but the annoying thing is, you go and buy everything you need to pass the level but you still can’t once they change the difficulty.. so if you can spend $99 a week to put into this game, go ahead and download it. Otherwise, invest your money on therapy

Cute and fun! I play a few hospital games and this one has sound effects for everything. I hate when games don’t have sound effects for every button you push, I hate playing those. This one is my new favorite game!

still really like this game but I can’t tell how many levels there are per district. I’m on level 91 and still in the first hospital. It doesn’t say how many levels there are so I don’t know how many more I need to pass to open a new hospital.

Addictive! But….
I love this game, but there are a couple of things that need help.
1. In Cairo, on the purple jewel heart, level 1, the game often says the level was failed even as all patients have been seen.
2. On the Paris wood heart, level 1: I have all the patience upgrades for waiting room and auto temperature, but they are more impatient than the other cities where I have none. My stations and doctors are upgraded, but I can’t get through fast enough to just see all patients.

Some minor Adjustments must be made!
I love this game but the nurse doesn’t move fast enough and the infinite hearts for 20 mins, at certain times it doesn’t always apply to me. I also feel that the story line between the nurse and the doctor is way to easy to see the end of it. Now this is an amazing game, I highly recommend this but… some adjustments must be made

Good but could be a lot better with additions
Very much like a dozen other hospital and clinic games of this type, but does have better graphics and audio than most. That’s the good part.
The bad part is that there isn’t any ‘social” aspect to it such as crazy hospital has. You can’t join a team, send and receive lives, have team competitions and rankings, special events etc. This makes it get boring quickly.
I’ll check back in the future to see if it has improvements. But for now it’s just very repetitive actions and that’s it. Done for now.
