Good option for UK expats if it continues to work
Seems like a great service, and working so far for sms. Nice option to keep UK number while abroad for long periods and most UK operators limiting how long you can roam (way goodbye to my business). Setup was bit flaky, after subscribing in app for 1 month UK number, the new ‘profile’ disappeared. Thought maybe subscription failed, as there was no record in iCloud subscriptions, but when I tried to subscribe again it did warn me I had subscription (no restore purchase option). I deleted and and reinstalled, it came back. And working fine now.
The number port instructions are scant, and unclear on costs and what happens if service fails and you need to port out to keep number. But my UK number is now ported over, after reaching out to their friendly support.
Not sure about paying to test. But still much cheaper than others like Swytch which requires £10 upfront just to open app, and monthly subscription, which is worth paying for reliable trustworthy service (and providers outside of business SIP/VOIP are still scarce).

Cannot receive calls. No customer support.
I cannot receive any calls through this app whenever people try to call the number they provided me it says “user busy”. I’ve submitted a request/question to their support email it has been 5 days and I haven’t received any feedback. Stay away until they fix their issues and until they provide better customer support.

It’s a very good app to use
I love the service and it’s very easy to use just need a little more features like should be able to send media on the number you bought when sending SMS and also to have a good features of knowing when your sent SMS is delivered there should be a read receipt on the end knowing that your sms had been delivered and read the features needs to be attended to both the features to be able to send MEDIA and also features to know when your SMS has delivered and READ also should also not be charging for sending an SMS and receiving calls once you’ve purchase a number for a year or month you should be able to access it fully without being charge for anything again.

Stopped working, customer service made it worse
I’m an annual subscriber with a calling credit for my cloud sim. One day the app just kept quitting and quitting. Customer service says, delete the app, reinstall, put in your phone number, you’ll be golden.
Only I’m not: when I put in my “native” sim number, I’m told there’s no account linked to it. I’m putting in the “wrong” number. The right number is some number I don’t recognize. I’m waiting up to 12 hours at a time to be told incorrect information, be given instructions that don’t work… it’s not good enough. I paid for an account, and you’ve literally lost it or given it to some other guy? Super disappointing. If you could at least talk to someone it wouldn’t take thirty hours to establish what phone number is on someone’s sim, but instead you get to wait for unhelpful emails that just repeat the incorrect stuff that came before.

It’s a fraud, it charges you but doesn’t work
I paid the $3.99 subscription fee for one month expecting, as advertised, to get a dedicated second phone number. Nothing happened but I was charged. I tried testing by sending an SMS text to a phone number. The app said I had no credit and had to purchase credit. The smallest amount of credit you could buy is $1.99. I paid for that. It then slowed me to send the SMS, but the person in the other end never received a text from me from any number. This is a total fraud. I don’t understand how the APP STORE has allowed these scammers to operate on APP STORE. I am going to put in a dispute on the charges with my credit card company.

Great service
I really love this app, and it saved me getting a separate phone for my counselling clients. My only peeve is my virtual number has to ring 10-15 times before the voicemail picks up, and people usually give up and hang up before then. I wrote to the support team, and they said it would be fixed soon but not as of yet. Fingers crossed. Otherwise I can’t fault it.

I downloaded the app was told need to purchase a phone number before I can use which I went ahead and did for 3.99, then tried sending messages and receiving and nothing worked. Another screen popped up asking me to recharge my new phone number I had just bought which I did too for 1.49$, I try the text messaging service again both receiving and sending and guess what nothing is sent and nothing is received I try calls maybe they will work this time, and guess what again, they don’t work either. Total scam don’t recommend. Highly disappointed.

No calls and credit deducted
I started to use this service based on the advertisements and service listed however I purchased two numbers, purchased credit but each time I attempt to make a call the operator says it’s connecting in next 30seconds over and over after the music plays, but after 3mins of waiting no connection and my funds were debited for a call that was never successful! Never asked to speak to an operator and there was no dial tone! This is robbery!

Not logging in
I was enjoying the app just fine for over a year until today, I opened my cloudsim app and the two numbers I purchased recently disappeared, I tried deleting the app and downloading it, as I tried to login, the app said unable to register number, someone please help me fix this
