ClubReady Team Hack 2 + Redeem Codes

Our Pure Barre studio recent switched to ClubReady as part of a chain-wide migration. The Team app does NOT: 1) allow you to switch instructors on the schedule, 2) view class schedules beyond 2 weeks, and 3) provide indication to the teacher if there is new client on the schedule. This Team app serves little-to-no utility from a staff perspective unless you are only using it to check-in clients or cancel their reservation. If you wished to do anything #1-3, the teacher would need to access web interface for PB from a desktop (the mobile version of their website is not coded properly and skews menu views due to overlapping items from a iOS perspective).

Can never log in with password
Its not worth it if you can't cancel a class.
If you need help with the app you have to wait on the phone for hours and hours days and days weeks and weeks and months and months just to get someone to assist you other than that there’s a Chat with incompetent people reading a script, this is the most unreliable company I’ve ever had in my life outside of Mind Body

Really disappointed in this app. As an app for an instructor we can’t hardly do anything through the app. You can’t see a waitlist, any time you add a client in a class you have to go back out every screen, it won’t take you directly back to all classes listed. And it automatically kicks you back to the individual teacher classes being taught. Overall I think it’s very poorly designed and not useful at all.

This app takes a long time to load. When I switch studios and even hit apply it does not update the class listing to the studio I want to see. Right now the class showing are for studio A while the name at the top when I top it is studio B. And I agree with everything the other reviewer said. They need some serious updating on this app to allow more then just checking in clients.

Literally does nothing. Freezes every time I open it and/or try to view a class sign up list. Can’t see past classes I’ve taught prior to the current day, can’t see schedule 2 or more weeks out. Limited to no functionality to help run a business. Pure Barre should have never done away with MINDBODY. Club Ready in general is NOT user friendly at all.

This app was pretty bad before but recently (the past couple months) it is even worse. It freezes on me when I try to check my classes and I had to completely close out of the app every time I want to open it. There are so many things wrong with this app but it should at least not freeze.

About a year ago it worked well, was smooth and efficient. Now it may be overloaded? I don’t know. All I know is that it’s glitchy, extremely slow, and locks up almost every tome I use it, which is daily. As far as I know this hasn’t been updated since I first loaded it. Maybe it’s time for one? It’s sad since I need it for my teaching job.

With the most recent update, the app is useless. This makes it incredibly frustrating for me as a teacher because this is the only way I can check people in or see my schedule, yet it often shows up with a blank white screen. Please fix this ASAP because it’s adding a layer of stress that isn’t necessary.

App does not serve much purpose except to view who is class. Can not adjust instructors or class type on app (could on our previous app when we went through a competitor’s app.) also as of lately, app will not even open and there are no updates to help with this.

With ZERO exaggeration, this app freezes every single time I open it. Then once I’ve force quit and reopened it multiple times to where it’ll actually switch to the selected screen, it’ll sit and spin and freeze once more. Consider a different admin system.
