really fun game!! new events pretty please? with a cherry on top?

i love this game so much!! i play it as often as i can considering the state of our world right now, but when i do the stress just melts away. you guys have come so far!! its improved so much since i originally downloaded it, although im still confused about the difference between kate in the icon, and kate in-game. regardless though, im pretty happy!! ❤️

the only real complaint i have is the little diversity in events- i hope there will be new ones soon? theyre plenty fun, but it gets a little boring after awhile. some holiday themed events might also be nice :D although im not sure if you guys have already done that or not, i havent had the game a full year yet.

but outside of that its perfect! its a very calming n relaxing game, thank you for all of your hard work!

There is no obvious way to turn the “suggestion hand” off

I don’t like the “suggesting hand”. It shows up too often, and is too aggressive. It will keep telling me to combine two lower level items to make a higher level item, even if those are the only two I have, and I need one of them to complete an order. The hand shouldn’t be able to see the green items (the ones the game automatically marks as order items).
Also, I put all my kitchen appliances that make items in one spot on the board (the pizza oven, refrigerator, deli box, pasta press, and pot that makes ravioli are all close together). I will be trying to read what items I may have on the board that I need to put in the pizza oven — for example — and the hand will tell me to tap on the fridge (I’m guessing to make items for an order) but I won’t even have any energy to tap on the fridge. When the hand shows up to do that, it will block my view of what I need to put in the pizza oven. As far as I’ve seen, there’s no way to turn the hand off. After a certain amount of time, the players get it. They don’t need the hand the entire time they’re playing the game.
The hand should stop showing up after a certain amount of time, or players should be able to turn it off.

Energy depletes too fast and refills too slow

this is my first time playing a merge game but I’ve played several other types of mobile games and I find it extremely disappointing how you can really only play for like 10 minutes at a time without spending money on energy when I first download the game I was able to play for about an hour before running out of energy, but you would think if you go to sleep and wake up the next day you will have your energy full and be able to have a decent amount of gameplay without making an IAP. i’m probably going to delete it already because it’s just impossible to play it for any length of time without spending money. I don’t mind spending a little, but I know that if I spend five bucks it’s only gonna keep me playing for like 10 more minutes. What a waste. millions of people play this game, there’s no reason to be greedy, you probably make millions of dollars a day on this game. makes me think that all merge games are probably terrible like this. you shouldn’t punish active players by making it so the more we play the less we can do.

Great game, but not

I used to love this game, and before about a week ago I would have given this game a five out of five. About a week ago in the mornings I would notice items I had produced the night before completely gone. I had made extra sure that I had NOT put them in other orders, and in the morning, really hard to produce items were gone, like kebabs, a hot dog, and granola bowls, this game is really great and a lot of fun for me, yet not addictive, I highly recommend it even though I only gave it one star, other than the glitching, it’s a really fun game that I really used to enjoy. I would highly appreciate a developer response, and even an attempt to fix the game. Thank you! This is a really fun game, really well done, but I won’t continue to play if this is an ongoing problem.

Could be so much better

This game is so close. It could be so much better. The issue is it’s expensive. You only get 10 minutes of play before you have to buy something just to play! It’s outrageous. Other merge games give way better rewards than this one. You use your energy up in literally a few minutes and it takes 3 hours to refill! Ridiculous! Do better game developers! Then even if you have energy some of the items take a really long time to let you even use it. Like the deli box in the pizza event. I see the developers respond to reviews but they never actually change anything for the better!
Moving on to a different merge game that doesn’t take as much time, and gives better rewards. Do better!

This past event saw some improvement

The developer made some improvements since my last review which made the events more playable and enjoyable. I’m seeing more balance in the variety of objects you receive to complete orders so you don’t fill up the board with things you don’t need. It would be nice to have more of a variety of events other than the Italian and ice cream event. And more boards with different themes in the non-event screen.

Good game, smooth play

Needs a larger screen. Playing on an iPad and having a phone size image in the center of the screen is horrible and for those of us with really bad eyes that cannot be corrected further it’s small.

Turn off the pointer; no tutorial necessary

My god, that big obnoxious pointing finger is such a distraction, I ended up uninstalling this game. Note to developers, you haven’t reinvented the wheel. 99% of the folks who download a merge game knows how they work. Players aren’t as dim as you guys seem to believe we are
