Crash Course - Watch and Study Hack 1.61 + Redeem Codes

This app is honestly beautifully made, and you can tell the developers spent a lot of time and effort into it. It’s intuitive and easy to use, both are things I absolutely adore.

I am still in school, and as you know, it is now completely online, and even if this app is only a few weeks old, whenever I don’t completely understand a topic, I don’t hesitate to come to Crash Course, and it never fails me.

Now, both of my parents are chemists, and they’ve always tried to get me into chemistry. They’ve given me their old college textbooks, sent me links to videos explaining chemistry basics, and even taught me science facts in the car, but I’ve never really learnt much from it, but then for the past two weeks I figured I’d actually put some effort into learning the subject, and surprisingly — it’s going well! The lessons are easy to follow, and when you put in the extra effort to make notes along the way, chemistry turns into something really easy to follow!

This app is both beautifully designed and staggeringly intuitive. Crash Course launched after I graduated from high school, but I used CC Literature & CC theater to keep on learning even though I didn’t take those classes in college. I was terrible at math & science in high school, and an app like this would’ve done wonders for my bio & chemistry grades. The material is so much easier to grasp in this format, and I don’t know if it’s because I’m older and learning because I want to, or if it’s because the material is presented in a way that actually holds my attention. Maybe both? In any case, this app is brilliant and wonderful and I’m happy that I have it so I can keep on learning. Thanks John, Hank, & the amazing Complexly team. Y’all crushed it.

It's a really great app and I'm so greatful that it's free. However, there are some critiques to be made. First off, I wish there was a place for all of your downloaded courses to be stored. There's a place for favorites, but that's for individual videos. It's manageable now because there's not many things to sort through, but if this app continues to grow (which I expect it will), the courses I need to get to will take more effort to find than necessary. Second, for courses following AP courses it would be nice if they were sectioned off into units as they are on the Collegeboard website. It's not necessary, just a way for it to be more organized and easier for people to find certain topics. That's about all the critiques I have. Other than that, it's a great app with plentiful information. Thank you!!

I’ve been a big fan of Crash Course for years. Many of my past teachers have used it to supplement lessons and I have relied on it to understand the material in other classes. I’m very glad that it’s made the transition to a full blown app with all of the trademark Crash Course animations, expressions, and fun attitude. The addition of ‘decks’ is a great add-on, although there are only a few courses that make use of it at this time. Highly recommend this app for bite-sized lessons on a multitude of topics. Great for students, teachers, or anyone who just wants to learn something new.

I have always loved learning. For the last five years, Crash Course has been there to remind me that education is a thing to be treasured. This app continues their goal to make education accessible but also very fun. It’s obvious that there was so much effort and care put into this app. Super easy to use and continues the Crash Course spirit onto another platform. I don’t have the means to donate right now so I hope you will accept this review as my way of saying thank you and don’t forget to be awesome!

This app seems to teach based off atheist world views. It is fine for them to not have religious views (though it could be argued that atheism is a religion all on its own) but they still need to provide evidence and scientific based factual information. Evolution and the Big Bang are based off theories, and have never been proven. They have a section called “creation myths” where they at least talk about other creation theories, but you can see the teacher’s bias and how he makes fun of the things he don’t believe and promotes the things he does believe. If you are a Christian family or have other religious views I would proceed with caution with this app if you are trying to avoid those kind of topics.

If there’s ever any app that I wanted to donate towards it’s this one. The people who created this, who run it and dedicate their time to helping us stay educated deserve some help. They’ve put a great amount of effort into keeping education as free as they possibly can, this is definitely worth your time whether you need a refresher or want to learn something new. I’m astounded by the kindness of keeping the education free and not outcasting people who don’t have money but still want to learn!! Noble cause!

This app sounds like a really great app. however, I must say, I’m surprised that it doesn’t work really well with voiceover on the iPhone. I was really hoping to be able to try it out and use it. sorry, but, I feel I’m going to have to install it until it works properly with voiceover. perhaps in the future update, you could make it so that it works with voiceover. Just in case you’re unfamiliar, voiceover is the program that reads the screen on the iPhone for people who are blind or have low vision. hope you will consider this in your future updates to this app.

You can clearly see how much dedication the devs had while creating this beautiful educational app, knowledge is so accessible and the videos and cards are easy to use, learning has NEVER been so much fun!! It’s makes me smile so hard to see so much effort and love put into helping the world learn, thank you Crash Course Team for doing this for the education of the world. You have helped people in so many ways, this app being one of them. I will be donating to you guys on the donation section of the app!! ☺️

I have been using this app to comprehend and excess in my anatomy and physiology class and it is working! The flashcards for each section are an amazing tool and a great time saver. This saves me so much time, as I don’t have to look up chegg cards and worry about checking to see if the material is correct! This app and material really helps! I donated $1 and I think everyone that uses this app should consider donating to keep it updated and support the creators!!
