Awesome application for any cricketer to track stats and improve their technique
CricHeroes is must have app for every cricketer around the world. The app made paper based scorecards outdated and simplified scorers job that even a fifth grader can do it with ease. The application allows players to create tournaments, matches across teams, captures players’ statistics with wagon wheel spring their edge in the game.

Best app for cricket scoring so far
This is the best app I have seen so far. I would give this 5 star if they have the below option also. Can we save the score recording on the app even when the opponent team doesn't have the app installed? Last weekend we asked one team to download and register in the app but they aren't interested. If the app has this kind of feature where even one team can save the scores then it will be really helpful. Please implement this ASAP🤞

Customer Service is terrible
They don’t reply to you messages no matter how many times you try to get a hold of them. I was trying to get some issue solved and they wouldn’t even reply after an hour, let alone immediately. I contacted their other number and that one replied saying ask the number which i was already contacting, and i told them i had already contacted them… and still they just gave me the other phone number and ghosted me after that. I am so disappointed in their service and i hope they can improve if they still want me to use their app.

App is very user friendly and gives lots of options to review . Like ball by ball statistics , review , analysis.. Anyone can start using the app as soon as you install since it's very user friendly .. kudos to the team

Issue with adding players using contacts
I have reported a bug in March. With latest version we are not able to add players using contacts. Which functionality is broken. Still not yet fixed. It would be great if the issue is addressed.

Poor support! Poor performance
I purchased their premium subscription for $300 and it didn’t worked perfectly. Their demo worked fine but the actual score ticker never worked perfectly. I complained so many times but got no response. Finally, after frustration, I asked for a refund and in returns i got a response that I won’t get any refund.

Bug
There is a bug while completing a profile and also can’t set the tournament date. Please fix it.
