Recovery
There is no option for recovery because I have accidentally logout and it's not letting me to login again and also winning money withdrawal by PayPal and still money has been not transfer in PayPal account or either on my bank account when I wanted to enter contests money from Bank to this app was so quick why not it transfer as quick as money from. Bank to app it's been 85 hours and still it dint transfer be care my friend before you bet

Bonus money is a scam
Any “bonus” money that you receive from signing up or depositing money can’t be used in its entirety for contests; they only allow your bonus money to cover 5% of entry fees. That means that your $5 sign up bonus can only be used after spending $100 of your own money. The same applies for additional funds you add; if you buy $20 you’ll get a $10 bonus, but you’d need to spend an additional $200 to fully use that bonus value. This shady tactic alone doesn’t give me the motivation to invest more in this app, unlike Dream11 which is the Indian equivalent and much more honest/straightforward. If you do end up spending money on this app, ignore the “bonus” offer amount, because it’s worthless.

Love it very nice clean UI with lots of cash to be win, I was just wondering if you allow 11 player from both side to contest it will be so much fun with captain. Vice captain And also MVP player, also suggested then keep the point system simple straight forward 1 run 1 point instead .50, caption 2 point, MVP 1.25. Consider this suggestion please. Thank you

They do not tell you the following up front:
1. Once you deposit the funds the ONLY WAY to ever withdraw them is by entering contests and WINNING your money back! This is not disclosed anywhere when you are signing up.
2. Only 5% of the deposit bonus goes towards entry fees. So if you deposit $100 they give you $100. To fully utilize the $100 bonus you would have to deposit $2000 of your own money. Ha! Again this is not disclosed up front. You only learn this once you join and deposit the funds.
3. If they do not reach capacity for a contest they will just cancel it and refund your money. That makes it even harder to ever win your own money back.
This is not a scam per se. But they are definitely holding your money hostage. I only joined recently and am still waiting to enter and win in a contest to see if you can even withdraw funds legitimately. From these indicators who knows if it will even be possible.

They Dont Refund If match got tie.
I’m using this app from last two months and they charged more than other playing apps and they don’t refund your entry if your match got tie due to rain, it listed in their terms they will refund it if match got tie for t10/ t20/ odi, Imagine that if there’s two overs left and your player batting and you’re only behind 2 points which is three runs and rain get started then match got tied which mean no results, they supposed to get your entry back behalf of their terms but they won’t, email twice no reply at all deleting this app. Be Aware from this kind service

Why the app is now available in few States?

Bonus cash is a misleading
The signup deposit bonus isn’t a deposit match like Fanduel or DraftKings, very misleading. They only let you use it in small increments for each match. You have all of this bonus money you can even use. Immediately after depositing I discovered this and asked to withdraw and they wouldn’t do it. Told me it would take 14 days to “process” my deposit and get back to them then. We’ll see. Just give me my money back, I don’t want to play, this isn’t what I wanted

Refused to delete my account
I just opened a new account to check out the app. It wasn’t worth it so I decided to delete the account. There is no option available to close the account so I emailed them to close. They told me they need to report my account info to authorities for tax purposes. Why do you need to report an account without a single transaction? They don’t seem genuine people and will definitely sell you info.
