One of the best, but could be the best if done fully right.
I’ve been using this app since 2015. I’ve used my SoundCloud for this app and I’ve never gone to another app even though it has flaws that I’m about to list. These flaws in my opinion are only annoying and not a deal breaker for me personally. One flaw is when I get a phone call, or siri comes up, the song just decided to stop working. Even after you reload another song it gets stuck. After that, I have to quit the app and re-search my song I was playing. Another flaw is SoundCloud Go. Though this is understandable, I just miss only having to open the app and get right into the song. Note I only bought Go to use this app. That’s how much I enjoy this app. Now with the first flaw, if that got fixed, this app would be 5 stars for me. I know this app is old but it’s not impossible to crank out one more update to fix what could be a tiny problem and make a lot of other people happy. Myself included. But above all, the price for the Pro is decent and I will continue to use this app until I can’t anymore. Hope this helps for people reading this and for the developer.

My favorite app
I like using this with my Gemini mix2go and I’ve been using it ever since 2015 but now on the new update I’m a little upset that now you have to have a SoundHound go+ subscription to be able to unlock the SoundCloud, in which I do not have a go+ subscription. Can probably the developers bring back the free SoundCloud search engine, please.

It’s a good no frills DJ app that has solid SoundCloud integration and I had no problem switching over from Virtual DJ on a laptop as the learning curve isn't that steep.
I’d give this app more stars but its does have some issues like it was doing weird things and crashing constantly on my iPad Air 2 and on my iPad mini 4 everything works but the “songs” tab in the library is super fragile, upload one album into the iPad that cross DJ doesn’t like or drag and drop a folder from the desktop directly to the iPad without syncing it to iTunes first and it crashes the “songs” tab in the library coming up with the error message “No songs available in iTunes”.
All the other tabs like “albums” and “playlists” still work but the “songs” tab is done after that. This makes it super annoying if you the type that likes to analyze all the songs at once when updating your library instead of album per album or analyzing on the fly (which occasionally causes the audio to get choppy).
One last complaint is there’s no midi mapping or re-mapping supported for other controllers, of course neither Cross DJ or Djay2 (or Djay Pro for that matter) support this so that I guess that point is moot though it would be nice if this were supported in the future as I would really like to use my Pioneer DDJ-WeGo4 with this app

Doesn’t Work with Soundcloud GO+
I used this app for a while and I considered it a great app for mixing. Especially for a mobile app, its an easy format to use that not many other apps compare to. Sadly with this new update, there is no way to connect to Soundcloud GO+ or Soundcloud at all. After I logged into my Soundcloud GO+ account it brought me back to the sign in page again. I deleted and redownloaded the app to no avail. Even though others have had this problem, I cannot find any solution for this online. Sadly until this bug is fixed the app is unusable. Its disappointing because it was a good app and there is chance this feature wont be fixed, considering they never fixed this same problem with their program on Mac.

Design deficiencies
The waveform screen is disabled if you have no headphones plugged in. That makes no sense!! If someone doesn’t have headphones, then they NEED the waveform screen to do beat matching. They need it MORE than people who have headphones, so WHY DISABLE IT? This is just so non-sensical that I had to give 2 stars. A restriction that’s incorrect and pointless. I actually like the app overall.
Also they should consider putting the headphones master mix adjustment knob on the main screen. Currently it is under the settings screen. More immediate access would be better for people who are DJing without a speaker (i.e. people who are trying to practice or record silently)

I want to record my samples but i cant
Ever since y'all restricted the recording button due to copyright of Soundcloud i cant produce the beats i want to anymore. Pls make put back the record button and make no restriction. There is some bugs that needs fixing though, such as the app will stop playing the song for some reason or the app will play the song at a tempo that is way too fast.

I mean I think its only fair if I can use all the songs I have saved, it only makes sense for the money I've paid for both the pro version of cross dj and SoundCloud Go+ just a thought.. and thank you for fixing the problem with SoundCloud

Please refund not happy
I bought this twice you guys charged me for my kindle 2016 and my iPad Pro 2017 and I was thinking I could mix my own music I made from scratch and I own all rights too, and downloaded to my SoundCloud account. The when I tryed recording and mixing only my songs your app wouldn't let me because some rights bull crap. Next time can you explain that before you charge 4.99 and why do I have to buy twice per tablet I own???? I want my money back for iPad Pro download waisted my time and money. Thanks

Anylize not accurate
When I anylize the entire library on my iPad . When playing a song by bpm . It reads different while trying to beat match. For example 108 bpm would read 110 bpm when playing the song. Other than this happening it's perfect!

Disappointed
So I’ve been using this app for a good 4 to 5 years and I’m kind of upset cause I have to waste money on SoundCloud go.. i miss not being able just to go and look up a song on there... very very disappointed debating on deleting it now
