Description

On the phone you can:
- Create a detailed multi-day training cycle with several training units per day
- Training units can be WODs (with EMOMS), Weight Lifts, Strength Couplets (with automatic warmups)
- Choose from a growing database of official WODs from the CrossFit community
- Create your own WODs
- Watch official instruction videos for each exercise
- Track your progress in a detailed log section
- See heart rate, distance, and burned calories, and contribution to your Activity Rings using full HealthKit integration


With the watch and phone you can:
- Perform WODs (with timing and weight management)
- Perform STRENGTH COUPLETS with exactly timed pauses on your watch
- Perform classic strength training (SINGLETS) with reps/sets and pauses
- Perform INTERVAL RUNS (with adjustable rounds and intervals)

Activation subscription is available as monthly, 3 month, 6 month or full year period.


Upon subscription you have
- access to the full workout database,
- you can create unlimited WODs on your own
- you can choose from ladder and pyramid interval runs

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Love this app
Use it everyday from everything to keeping track of my personal WODS to finding new ones and it makes it easy to track your progress

Non-Ease of Use
I have done the training plan the last 2 days and I have found it difficult to finish AMRAP workouts and have it record the training and move to the next training session. I had to manually force the app by editing the training plan to go to the next day.

When I went to the next day I couldn’t record the reps that I did, I could only modify the weight that I used.

With all that said the workouts and the videos are helpful, that’s why it has earned 2 stars.

Limited on exercises
Have to add custom WODs to it and not all of the movements are on the app. Ex.: toes to bar, jumping lunges , etc. I paid for subscription so I expected more. Great concept but not what I was hoping for. Love the fact that it works with my Apple Watch though. It’s the only CrossFit one that works with the watch that I have found so far, but don’t know if I will keep it.
