Hey everyone! Here's a huge update, I hope you like it! :)

* A HUGE amount of new workouts (2,000+), including 100s of new Partner workouts
* You can now customise every workout even more, for example, you can edit the duration of an AMRAP, or the number of rounds for an RFT workout
* Custom WOD updates: (1) you can create partner workouts, (2) a new "every X minutes do this" option, (3) better bulk add, and (4) bug fixes around movement selection (sorry about that!)
* Now, if you have the same movement multiple times in a workout, you can have different reps for each one.
* More granular control over duration in the custom timer (set a specific minimum and / or maximum duration)
* You can now edit your workouts in the timer!
* Bug fixes and performance improvements

I am not currently working right now, due to functional movement disorder, but I am able to workout. If I can’t workout that day. It usually means. I am taking off that day or bc my disorder has gotten the best of me. I am going to the physical therapy also. It’s amazing! My functional movement disorder is all neurological. It just shows you how strong the strongest muscle in the body “the brain” is. In such a short period of time. I am able to combat this disorder, most of the time. I have came out on top! But I have been doing a couple of my own challenges! I love challenges! It’s what makes a grow!! It doesn’t matter how you finish, as long as you do!! I use that saying a lot!! Just those extra 1-2 or more or even half rep, or inches, or secs. All count!! Progressive overload!! Brian, thank you again, and for everyone who has purchased this program to let others like me, whoever are not able to afford right now, be able to use this awesome program!! Have a great day to you all!! Prayers! May we all keep growing, and progressing to our goals, in a safe and injury free manner. Celebrate all the little achievements and bumps along the way! Fitness was easy , everyone would be ripped and fit, but it is so much more mental than it is physical!! I can’t wait to try this app!

Great app, great developer
I used to use this (the old pro version actually) a lot then I kind of fell off the wagon. When I went to start using it again I had some issues and Brian helped me quickly and made it easy to get it up and running again. The app is awesome and really takes the work out of it so if you want variety just click a button and you’ll have a good workout immediately. If there are exercises you’re not familiar with, it’s easy to swap them out or just pull up a quick tutorial. Thanks Brian!

My husband and I have done CrossFit or four years. We recently had a few life changes that keep us going to our gym.. for one it’s 45 miles a way. 🤦🏽‍♀️ We have a gym in our subdivision and have been able to transform the place into a great gym with everything we need to continue our training and this app was the main motivator! At age 56 & 57 we need to keep moving but there was no way we could come up with our own workouts. This app is incredible! Thanks so much Brian!

I have taken Crxft for 4 years. Recent health issues have made me discontinue. So now I just go back to the boring gym but can still train at an above average pace. I struggle to make little WODs up and sometimes don’t have time to plan before heading to gym. I refuse to go back to boring bodybuilding.
This app is perfect because I like little cluster WOD’s like these and they are easy to do without having to run to different parts of the gym.
Suggested weights would be a nice addition like classes usually offer but so far this has been a Blessing!

Amazingly Easy to Use
I took a few years off from home gym workouts. I came back to WOD PRO and the upgrades are impressive. The WODs are easy to follow. It is like having Brian, owner, right there coaching me. I was having issues with my subscription and Brian provided amazing customer service. I recommend this app to anyone not going to box and using a home or other gym to stay in shape. Maybe some box owners want the app also!!!

I don’t usually pay for apps
I am so happy to have paid for the annual subscription for this app. It makes my at-home wrk outs so much fun and takes care of the timing for me. It reminds me to warm up, logs my workout and allows me to make notes if I augmented anything. I love the “short workout” option as I sometimes have only 5-10 minutes to squeeze in some movement and am feeling uncreative.

Probably one of the top 5 WOD apps
I’ve used multiple different WOD apps in the past. Not many featured perfect representation of the exercises or step up step down modifiers. Being active duty US Navy a lot of the time I don’t have time to think up an elaborate session. Too much other stuff to do throughout the day. You can mark WODs as favorites or align it to whatever Equipment you have at your disposal. Excellent work.

I’ve used this app in years past and I love it. I recently upgraded to a new phone and the purchase did not transfer over. I sent an email earlier today and Brian fixed it immediately. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and it should be recognized. Apart from that the WOD s and timers and ease of use of this app is great. I highly recommend WOD generator pro.

I’ve been looking for a great WOD generator for a while. This is it! It lets you choose from numerous options and even has a timer if you want to pay some. But the free part is very good and quite fills the need I have for varied workouts. So whether you have equipment handy or just need a quick body weight workout, this app has you covered. Very user friendly as well.

Single Best App For Crafting My WODs
Been organizing workouts for myself and some friends and this app has been a lifesaver. I used to google ideas when I was not feeling particularly inspired, but that ends up taking a significant amount of time. When I found this app, organizing those workouts for awhile lot easier.
