Favorite App of All Time
I’ve been using this app for around a decade. I started with the free and upgraded to the pro - and wow was it worth it! You can do as many reps as you can in the time allotted, there is a huge range of exercises, the ability to change the time of the whole workout, personalize workouts so you don’t get bored, and I love the extra types of workouts on pro too (kettlebell, ball, Pilates). I really can’t say enough good things about this workout app, I’ve tried others and they just don’t hold a candle. My one complaint would be that the tracking goes away after a week and you can only see it after you’ve finished a workout. Would be nice to have it on the home screen. Otherwise the workout component itself is awesome.

Great workouts on the go, in tight spaces, and minimal equipment
I love this app. I started with the free version and used that for several months until I purchased the full version for more options and custom routines. It is so flexible and modular you can squeeze in really good workouts any time, any place. I do these in the living room, at the park while my kids are on the playground, in my office at work, on vacation with no WiFi (no connection needed!) I like that there’s no soundtrack because I play my own music in the background (I actually started by streaming Amazon’s EDM for Cardio playlist.)

The cardio exercises are tough, so when I started I did the shortest option and took lots of breaks.

Some of the exercises use weights and I don’t always have those. It’s easy to put together a routine that doesn’t require any equipment. And it’s also effective to do the arm exercises a little faster with no weights.

One wish: there should be an option for a buzzer or noise at the end of each set, because I’m not always watching the screen.

I feel comfortable
This is a great work out to get your blood moving. It helps that you can do it anywhere. I’m not the most comfortable with working out in front of people so I find it very comforting to know that I can get results from a workout at home. I’m building strength around my whole body. The reminders are super great too. It’s worth the $20 for the pro too. Will never regret this decision.

Be careful if you are older and not in shape already
These exercises appear to be based on the assumption that the user is young, healthy, and already in shape. As a person who is none of those, I find I cannot do some of the exercises presented. I’m not that nimble, flexible, or strong, and my sense of balance is no longer as good as it once was. This app also assumes the user has access to some equipment, such as light weights, but the information presented about the app makes no mention of that. That said, I think the app will help me, but wish there were modified versions of the more difficult exercises.

Great
I’ve been using this for years and it’s a great value. I love how much you get for a one time fee. I also like that the workouts don’t have music built in so I can play my own. I would love if they added and Apple Watch version, so I don’t have to keep looking at my phone/Mac during the workout. The watch could tell me what to do next and give descriptions and I could look at the phone only if I need more visual guidance.

Better and Better
I feel like this app gets better and better. I’ve had it for a few years I’ve always liked that I can get a quick or long workout and target the body area du jour without a lot of trainer chatter or repetitive music. And now with the fun streaming videos I can branch out and try something new. I’m a little addicted to the 8 minute booty burn already!

Easy to follow; good variety
Even the free version has loads of workouts and combinations, but as the paid version was just a one-time fee I decided to go for more options. It’s the perfect fill-in workout for when I’m not at a class or the gym, but could easily be a great stand-alone workout for someone motivated enough to work out from home regularly.

I love it but I wish it had a few more features...
I like that you can make your own workouts but I wish I could ❤️ my favorite exercises so I don’t have to go through the entire library looking for the video I want. I also wish with the full workouts that you could include the Pilates and stretching exercises as well...

If the app is good
Honestly the app is awesome it helped me loose weight and you have many choices to choose from so I don’t need to go to the gym anymore gladly so I can stay at home and just workout it’s really amazing if you’re thinking of getting then yes get it! It really did helped me improve so much! So what are you waiting for! Get it it’s really good!

Great app but could use more back exercise
I was hoping to do a focused training on targeted muscle groups. Have to stay at hole these days and I prefer something simple so this app is more than ideal. But after following it for several sessions I discovered that there are only two or three exercises that target the back. Could really use some developments on adding more back exercises .
