An app that ACTUALLY works!
I downloaded this app after seeing all the good reviews people had wrote about it thinking it was just a regular fitness app that would require a subscription once you downloaded it, but I was happy to see they provide you with MULTIPLE videos for either 5, 8, or 10 minutes and all for free! Sure, you may not walk out of the room with a six pack after one workout but I guarantee you that after a month you’ll be seeing more muscle in your stomach than you would’ve made just sitting on your bed watching Netflix. Great job on this extremely helpful app!

Best. Simple.
I used to have this app back when it first came out and remember how perfectly it let me sculpt out my abdominals. Been a long time since then, looking to build those back I remembered this app, and was hoping that they hadn’t changed it to be all ridiculous & over complicated with necessary plans etc.. To my delight it was very similar to how I remember it being. Just timed out exercise, with example of ‘good form’ for each exercise. Perfect. Simple always works best, and will always be easiest to stick to. 5 stars then. Still 5 stars.

Amazing!
I love this app. I lost 3 pounds in 6 days! I’m not kidding! All the other exercise apps only made me gain weight but on this one I lost 3 pounds in 6 days and I’ve done it for 2 more days and I haven’t checked my weight yet but I’m sure I lost at least 0.5 pounds! This app is also amazing because you can use it everywhere at any time. Home, beach, work, hotel, etc. it’s the only app that works for me! I promise you, if you get it, it’ll be worth it.

Great for fast work outs
I was very satisfied with this app and the additional apps that are from this branch. They are great for toning and losing that extra few percentage of body fat. The only thing I did not like was that you had to pay for the really good workouts. I didn’t look at the price but I’m not interested in buying something that I can find for free on the Internet. I also like how you can let them send you notifications so you won’t forget to do your workouts. Overall is a great app and his helped me lose an extra pound and hone my stomach.

Flippin ripped ma dude
So i started using this app about a week and a half ago. I DONT work out, last time i really exercised was about 6 years ago when i did middleschool volleyball. In this short time doing both workouts every day, i can already begin to see the sides of my core sticking out and my muffin top is fading. So worth it. I think i skipped one day, but seriously it only takes 10 minutes out of your day minimum.

Best app out there
so i downloaded this app 3 years ago, when i decided that i wanted to start working out. multiple series of exercises with your choice of 5,8 or 10 minutes. these exercises are perfect and i guarantee you, that you’ll see big changes after a month or so

Didn’t feel the time
I usually hate being timed because it feels like forever to finish the routine but I swear I actually didn’t feel the 10 minutes pass by. I feel the pain I even sweat a little. Best app

First time working out my abs since high school. I’m 46 by the way. I like how it starts you off at a nice and intermediate ab workout. I like the challenges that are brought to the table. Their st the perfect execution level for me. I can keep on doing this.

Was avoiding ab workouts, but now I put on some relaxing music and go through one of these workouts and it's over in no time and I also am getting a relaxing time as well. Do them slow and you'll really deal the results. ✅

Best ab workout
I’ve always done ab work on my own and at the gym on machines but never have I felt the burn and intensity like this! Just doing the 5 minute workout is a challenge. I can’t wait to see the results because I just started.
