I enjoy the look of the app and the integration with the Apple Watch. I haven’t used it much however, since it just disconnects and reconnects constantly. Happens probably 4-5 times in just 10 minutes. I have an InMotion v8s. My v8s will stay connected to the InMotion app fine. Also I have had no other issues with connecting my phone to any other Bluetooth devices. I am hoping that this gets resolved soon so I can enjoy using it. I should also mention that I only used the 30 day trial and did not buy the app for this reason. I would certainly purchase it if my wheel would stay connected.

I, just this morning, noticed that there is now support for the v8s. So I paid for the premium and rode 16 miles today with no issues at all. The watch integration works wonderfully.

The best app for any rider on iOS
If you ride and have an iPhone this is the app. I use this app on the daily and any issue or feature request the developers is quick to update. The PWM and the speed alarm are invaluable and have saved me from cutting out multiple times. Without this app, I wouldn’t have been able to push the wheel to its maximum potential. Awesome overall!

Great App
I got this app for my Gotway MSP, it is certainly miles ahead of the Gotway apps and is very well put together. I love how you can adjust your speed and have a very accurate sense of how far you have gone. My only two complaints are voltage/battery level reading and range estimates, ever since I got my wheel I assumed it was faulty from factory because it never fully charged to 100%, I then a few days ago connected to another app called euc world which showed me my wheel was actually fully charged all along. I also have frustrations with range estimates, at 100% It tells me I have 34 miles of range when I really get 60-70miles, I’m not sure if this is a bug but it is very inaccurate. Other then that I am extremely pleased overall with this app and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean easy to use app that lays all the information out in a simple pattern.

Good start
Better then the actual gotway app but not always accurate for better levels for MCM5, and does a fake auto connect. So it’ll say “GotWay #### connected” in my phone but when I open up am the app it forces me to reconnect. Would be nice to have it always connect and reset trip time automatically.

Combine that with Apple Watch compatibility and this app would be incredible. Current Amp problem
So I always have my current amp alarm set to 40A. After updating to this latest version. It’s spiking so fast and so high in amperage that my alarm is beeping constantly non-stop unless I disable the feature. But that defeat the point because I want to use it. Even from a stop, just when I go to mount onto the wheel and proceed to move normally, it spike to like 50A+! I barely got it to 3 mph. I really enjoy this app otherwise, but I rely on the current amp alarm the most, do to safety of the batteries. Please fix this asap.

This software out classes what came with all of my other unicycles. It shows you what you need to see and can even display on my Apple Watch with zero delay. I think some of the new companies aren’t even bothering to release an app with their product because this one exists and they could never come close to its ease of use and functionality.

Outstanding euc app and developers
i have been using darknessbot on all my gotway wheels for over two years. the app developers are easy to reach and listen to the rider’s requests for sensible add on and changes.
the app also works on iwatch. i have not had any issues with this app and find it very useful. highly recommend this app.

Excellent dev team one feature needs love
All around this app clearly has amazing UX designers and everything is competently programmed. My favorite aspect is how well it integrates with my phone and watch. There are widgets for battery percentage and I appreciate you can pipe safety beeps through the phone audio. The one feature I think needs love is the EV engine sounds. Needs more sci-fi options instead of those that mimic combustion engines.

Take forever for updates to be released.
I have two EUCs, on the commander, everything works fine, on the master pro, everything is messed up. The battery percentage is off by a lot, the pwm goes over 100%, the beep warning don’t engage when the beeper on the wheel turns on. It’s like I have take a step back to the msx days. I have actually purchased the app and have had for over 2 years. And it seems like updates are barely released ever. You can’t just copy and paste the master for the master pro, it has different parameters and the telemetry is all off.

Generally pretty good but is missing critical functions with respect to alarms on speed by battery %, maximum current alarm, and maximum temperature alarm (Wheelog does all these for example).
Additionally the alarms that are there are to the phone, ant the vibrating the watch (at least not that I’ve been able to notice) nor are they audible (Gyrometrics allows so each warnings delivered wherever the iPhone audio is, for example you Bluetooth speakers or headphones).
