After reading the directions and watching one video the app paired to my board within 20 seconds. Recorded my first ride with no issues. No problems at all defiantly impressed with all the work that must of gone into working on a great app.

App needs to be reworked
I have using my Haden’s for a couple months. I have not been able to do anything with the app. It will not track my rides. After starting the ride I noticed it does not record. I cannot update firmware because the window is justified larger than my screen and it does not allow resize. Therefore I cannot get to the next button to perform the upgrade.
No point using this app. I guess I will wait for a future release.

Worked without a hitch.
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I connected to my bamboo gtr2 in a few seconds, customized my board’s acceleration and braking and off I went on my first ride. It was as seamless as it gets. Does what it says it does.

No firmware support for BT GTR ?
How can you still be actively selling a board model (GTR) and not support it through the app ? The app tells me that there is a firmware update for the motor controller, but it won’t update. Your support tells me “there are no over the air updates for the GTR and Stoke products”. If the app doesn’t do what it should for ALL of your products, your compatibility statement needs to be out front and LOUD.

Where’s my pin?
I’m trying to connect to the app, it just keeps saying enter the pin from “evolve skateboard “ where the heck am I suppose to find this “pin” the board doesn’t have a screen, what am I missing? Please help

Cool skateboards but useless app
Love the evolve gtr board. No complaints about the boards. But the app seems to be useless. Won’t ever pair to the board and if it does it disconnects halfway through the ride. Not needed to have fun on your ride. Just adds unneeded frustrations.

First thing that bothers me is the always tracking setting for the evolve app. I should be able to track my ride with choosing location tracking “while using app” I don’t need it to track my location when I’m not using the app.
When reviewing history rides; the map doesn’t display when you zoom out to view a bigger picture of the ride.
Lastly I wish instead of using your fb information you could just create an account and create a user name instead of your actual name.

Custom setting DO NOT WORK
For safety’s sake… fix the custom settings!
The seating do not send to the board. Setting the power and acceleration to Min or Mid and Nothing changes. Nothing. Everything stays at Max.
(And yes, I restart the board after sending the update)

Can you please fix the gps and data log on this app? I have set all necessary parameters but after 5secs or less the location controller just stops working hence no record of ride.
However, other times the app actually works. I tend to be in the top 15 usually and , it seems, when I get to close to the top riders the app faults on the gps (see previous comment). Disappointing and the fact that other telemetry is not saved is also weak.
