Add button for treatments is not working with new update. Also in calendar the pop up # reminders do not go away when you mark completed.
A couple of other things,
In th treatment section there’s a question asking what did you use last and what will you be using and only gives option for one.
You can only add glucose by it’s self, would be good if gave an option in treatment section

How is this app so overlooked by its developers? Needs serious attention. First off logging in with Face ID sometimes works great and other/most time have to do it 6 times before it’ll open. I have 3 months of treatment data needed although when I go to the history for the day it says missing information everything is entered correctly. When closing on the treatment page where it ask for Initial Drain, Total UF, Average Dwell and lost Dwell, the Total UF is crap and goes to keyboard versus the big number pad. And this is all “if” it lets you save your pretreatment information the night before. Most of the time I have to screen shot all information and enter it in the morning so it’ll save for some reason. As much money as our insurances pay Davita and this is the best they can do? 14 year old kids make App games more complete that functions better then this App that is needed to record my life saving information does. So sad!

I really like tracking my treatments in the app. But I have problems with receiving messages. I received a notification for the very first message sent to me then after that, never again. Notifications are turned on but it won’t be until I get ready to record treatment at night that I find out that I have a message. Sometimes too late. 2/22 The app is currently telling me that an update is required but the update is not yet available. I need to put in my treatment but the app won’t let me. Please fix this problem. 4/20 update problem persists.

App is much better than a couple years ago. I am looking still for a feedback function via the app so people may provide feedback on the app. Emergency numbers for the clinic are not listed if you need to contact them outside hours. My clinic is listed as open 24/7 on the app, which is false information. So there are some needed improvements still. Please get to work on them DaVita.

I am doing manual PD. The app is very slow , need to add and submit each exchange individually, and does not allow save on the full/drain info page. Since the recent update, it no longer calculates the UF.

The FMC app is much better where all 4 exchanges are listed on the same page and I could save and go back as I complete each exchange before final submission for the day.

Please make it user friendly for PD patients where we can input all 4 exchanges on one page and only need to submit once per day.

My app says I have treatment data that needs to be added, but all of my data is current and no missing days. Also, it says I have a new resource assigned to me, however, I have opened all possible resources.

I can’t seem to connect to servers now with this newest update. I’m also running on new iOS Prior to this, I still had random connection errors and had to always keep a notebook instead with my info. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work? I’ve never used telehealth or messages on here as it seems my clinic doesn’t care for it either.

It keeps telling me to update the app wuej there is no current update available and it’s a.ready updated. I tied deleting the app and reinstalling but same problem. Maybe it isn’t working well with the new iOS update I just installed? Idk but please help fix!

I'm a Davita patient. This app could be good if it was used properly. I'm not sure if it's my clinic or Davita overall, but my appointments do not appear in the app and reminders are not used. The app has a lot of potential. Please take the time to fix the bugs mentioned in other reviews and make the use of the app consistent at all clinics. Make all clinics use the full capabilities of the app so the benefit of their patients.

Most patients have trouble logging in. If they are successful enough to log in, telehealth feature always have glitches. Either there’s no video or audio. Not a single day where multiple appointments have this app worked flawlessly. Engagement is low in treatment flowsheets submission because it’s not user friendly-and goes back to log in issues.
