Has Potential
This app is clean and responsive with no bloated UI. However having to go through a list and pick filters without being able to preview them is extremely frustrating.
This app would be 100x better if you could just swipe right or left to preview the many filters in the live camera view (like on iPhone 13 and newer) and also be able to favourite the ones you like best.
Will purchase the day this is implemented.

I really wanted it to work, but it keeps crashing either just when I open the app or when I’m looking for a video in my library to upload. I thought maybe I needed to update the app but it’s up to date. My iPhone 12 Pro Max can’t be THAT old already. Hope this isn’t a scam and this bug is fixed ASAP.

Continues to crash..
I just downloaded this and was super excited to test out the filters on some of my older videos but it crashes as soon as I try to access my videos. Kinda bummed out and not quite sure how to fix this :(

The camera doesn’t keep the screen on while recording
It’s impossible to record a clip longer than your screen timeout settings, unless you’re constantly tapping the screen. That’s no good for a supposed video recording app

Just wish there was a one time payment option. Most apps on iOS want you to pay for a subscription. I’m good on that. I will stick to 1998 Cam. If the payment options ever change, I shall return.

Scam?
Is this a scam? I paid for the full service of the app and when I try to put a film filter over a video I’ve already made, it only puts it on a portion of the video because it says it’s a preview? But why am I just getting the preview when I paid for the full service! That is completely stupid, and I want my money back! THERES NO POINT IN BUYING THIS APP!

Pretty disappointing
Got the app and was satisfied with the effects. Paid for the full pro membership and now the app keeps crashing whenever I try to import a video from my camera roll. What the heck. Even tried deleting and re-downloading the app and it didn’t fix the problem. Pretty frustrating

A scam.
What is the point of allowing a “free” download of this app only to charge $$ to use ANY of the filters?? Literally a scam. You can use the filters to see what they look like but when you hit record/take a photo, it says you have to pay. None of the filters are free. Stupid app.

So disappointed
I was super excited to use this app, I paid $20 for the year subscription and the app doesn’t even work. I can’t record anything using the video option of the app. I can take photos but I only got the app to use the video option. Lame!

App doesn’t function at all
Every single time I open the app it crashes it will tell me to give it access to mic and camera then will immediately crash. I’ve restarted my phone twice and deleted the app nothing works.
