As a soon to be occupational therapist, I love this app
I love that the app itself is informative, inspirational, and customizable. The exercises and programs themselves are incredible! I appreciate the holistic approach that is taken that not only includes the movement of your body but the growth of the mind and soul through other components such as the eating and recipes (though I personally follow keto/low carb) to taking photos of your progress, journaling your feelings, and the motivational messages. As the title says, I’m working on becoming an occupational therapist so I am very pleased with how thoughtful the programs are, especially the bed to chair series. The step by step process and the encouragement to make the DDPY your own through modification helps to meet people where they are at while working within their abilities. Also, the endless customization keeps people motivated and to be okay with whatever level of ability while building upon that to progress further. It’s also okay to stay at a similar level for a long time. I’m fairly able bodied but I’m overweight and overwhelmed with life (grad school is rough) and for nearly a year I’ve only been able to keep up the bed flex, wake up, and energy beginner level routines. I know I’ll get to the more advanced stuff eventually but I feel good with what I can do right now thanks to the continued motivation and support this app and program offers!

Best App Period!
This App and the DDPY regimen is the most comprehensive systems I have seen, and I have seen a lot of them in my 53 years. The only way that you will not benefit in some way from this is to make excuses to not do it. You WILL get more flexible, stronger, thinner, and more self confident as you progress through the program. DDP and his team have made this as simple, straightforward, and effective as is possible with the technology available today. If you are on the fence... jump off of it and get the App. The nutrition section alone is worth the price, in my opinion. They actually prepare the meals and show you everything you need to do to eat healthy... and they are really good recipes. DDP will not eat it if it doesn’t taste good, and they have done their homework. In 3 weeks the increase in my flexibly has truly astounded me! BUT... you will only get out of this what you put into it so if you are not willing to put forth the effort it takes to improve yourself, you will struggle. If, however, you are truly ready to change your body and find that person you were years ago or find that new you for the first time... I don’t think there is a better App available at the moment.

I’m motivated to “Keep it going”
I first saw DDPY in action when my Marine son was doing the program and was truly challenged and loving it. He kept prodding me to try it, me? A 50+ overweight lady with little motivation and even less desire to care for myself, I told him I couldn’t do what he was doing so he sat down and showed me the DVDs and the levels of the program and then I saw Arthur’s video. Well I won’t lie, I did it for a week and then quit, I started at too tough of a level and discouraged myself. Then a year or so later randomly on my Facebook page Arthur’s video appeared. I am a true believer that the Universe leads you where you need to be if you just quiet yourself and listen. Then I saw the challenge and that as an EMT I could get a discount, that was it. The Universe was telling me all my excuses were bunk and it was time. I started the program, nice and slow this time and now I look forward to my sessions daily, I’m actually disappointed to have days off. Diamond Dallas makes me feel like I am the exact person he designed the program for and that he is truly cheering my progress. I am finally taking care of me thanks to DDP.

DDPY is a game changer!
I started DDPY while in the army after my spine had become so compressed that I lost an inch to my height. My back would go out constantly and I was only able to do the bare minimum to keep my job! I became extremely depressed and gained 40 lbs and my back only was getting worse. I heard of DDPY from Chris Jericho and how it helped him and figured if it worked for him then why not? 4 months after starting the program while in Afghanistan my back had stopped going out, my pain had all but evaporated! I felt so good that I added powerlifting into my program! Now it’s been about nearly 7 years and my back hasn’t gone out once! My range of motion is better than ever, and I’m pain free! I can bench press 318 lbs squat 550 and deadlift 450! I train DDPY 5 days a week at the start of my day and powerlift 3 days a week. I was told I’d be on pain meds for the rest of my life by the PA while in the Army and that I would loose the feeling in my legs. DDPY let me tell myself what I was going to do and let me choose my own future! If you’re looking for a way to change your life regardless of your situation, DDPY is for you!

Can’t recommend it enough.
As a life long wrestling fan I have followed Diamond Dallas Page since the mid-90s in WCW. I first discovered DDPY around 2012 when he did a segment with Booker T on Raw. I didn’t think much of it and eventually I saw the Arthur video a couple of years later. That video blew my mind. In early 2016 I ended up purchasing the DVDs and then went exclusively to the app in 2017. Thanks to DDPY I am in the best shape of my life and it allows me to keep my anxiety under control. Each day I’m getting more flexible, stronger and one step closer to owning my life.

The app has everything that one would want. A phenomenal diet plan, Motivational Monday videos, all of the original YRG, 2.0, Rebuild and Extreme videos. Along with that you get exclusive Live videos (which those workouts have quickly become some of the favorite). The app includes a tracker to allow to keep track of which workouts you have done. You don’t have to be a wrestling fan to do these workouts. If you want a kickass cardio and strength building workout mixed with some yoga. Look no further than DDP Yoga and the DDPY app.

Life Changing & Pain Relieving
I’m 21 days into my first program experience and I’m down 10 pounds as of today. I’m a combat veteran with every type of body pain you could think of. Especially back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain. With all the body adjustments and breaking up of scar tissue due to all the stretching. I’ve not had any pain at all except for when I don’t do the DDPYOGA. I’ve got more consecutive hours of sleep since starting this program. Than I have in the past 10 years. I was hateful & depressed daily before I started. I didn’t wanna wake up and for many years I tried not to wake up with the help of drugs and alcohol. I’ve been sober since May 14, 2015. But I was just existing. Now I wake up refreshed and pain free. With more energy than I’ve had in a long time. I get up and want to work out. I wanna play with my kids and be a father and a husband. The best program EVER!
This program is without a doubt, the most efficient and comprehensive programs of its kind EVER...and so amazingly simple for every...single...level of fitness! Easily modifiable and the only problem is for those used to a certain level of activity in whatever exercise regimen they use to do, trying to get their gains faster...sticking to the program as it’s laid out is key to recovery and returning to form. My wife and I were in an accident a few years ago, thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been...I’ve seen much worse...but the injuries we sustained were sufficient enough to impede our activity levels and resulted in a slow downward spiral of weight gain and growing health issues. We decided to give it a try and after only TWO WEEKS, just about to go into our third...we’ve noted a SIGNIFICANT improvement in our health, flexibility and reduced pain levels. I GUARANTEE you WONT find a better program out there for what amounts to relative pennies of investment in restoring your, strength, flexibility and regaining your lifestyle back!

Just what I was looking for
I love this app and love this program. I’m a former Crossfitter who has been mostly inactive for over two years due to raising little ones and just not having time to go to the gym. I wanted something challenging (but easy to modify as needed) that I could do in my living room and still get results. I found it! DDPY is challenging but easy to modify, can be done any time, and I’m two weeks in and already seeing results. I actually look forward to doing my workout for the day. I chose the app instead of the DVDs because I wanted to be able to just grab my phone and start working out. I’m going on a cruise next month and plan to just continue my workouts because I can easily do them in my room. And I LOVE that it assigns me a workout program and tells me exactly what video to follow each day. It allows me to track my own personal workouts also so I can keep track of all my activity in one place. It has options for progress photos, measurements, blood pressure, etc. I’m excited to see my progress by the end of my 13 week program. Thanks DDP!

Best health and fitness app out there
I will admit that I was skeptical. I’ve been overweight my entire life. I’ve lost and gained the same 100 pounds for years. I’m over 300 pounds on my 5’4 frame and have been miserable. A friend recommended DDPY to me when I mentioned needing something low impact because it was hard to walk because of my weight. I downloaded the trial the end of July and subscribed for a year before my trial was even up. The app is outstanding. I have had no issues with crashing. I love the point based system (I NEED that 100k shirt so I’m busting my bum to get it). The workouts are great and it is so easy to move things around and switch things up to fit how you feel that day. It’s so easy to make it your own. The nutrition section is stellar as well! There is just so much information available on the app. If you haven’t downloaded it an subscribed, you’re missing out. I’m going on an 18 day streak without missing a workout and even adding a few in. DDP is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about those who use his app! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Best App 4 Anyone Looking 4 Change
I’ll put it this way…once you find DDPY for yourself when you’re ready to truly change your life and your mindset…It Works! I’ve struggled with weight and body image my whole life. I wish I would have found DDPY earlier in life, but I’m very happy I did find it right before I turned 40 years old October 13th, 2021. I’ve lost weight and gained weight many times in my 40 years, but I couldn’t find a program that worked for me and I could realistically keep doing forever. Well that’s what I finally found with DDPY. Basically it performs all 3 types of workouts that I was trying to do at 3 different times…ALL IN ONE WORKOUT IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. So I decided to do 31 days straight of one 30 minute DDPY workout a day during October 2021. I picked that month because it’s my birthday month and I love Halloween. I figured since I already had a lot of good things going on that month why not make it an EPIC MONTH?
