DDPai Hack 7.2.15 + Redeem Codes

I have been using DDPai almost two years now and with my iPhone 6 it mostly worked. But now with iPhone X or possibly just due to the new software released the live video doesn't work, sometimes when saving recordings from the camera the video jumps to another location before the recording starts, all the time the app stops responding in video file browsing, playback, album browsing etc.

One of the new firmware versions made the speed indicator to be several seconds late than before it was almost realtime.

I have liked a lot of my DDPai M4 Plus and it has helped me to defend my insurance cases, but now I'm a bit disappointed with all of these bugs.

First, have to say that this Camera is really good it’s captures everything so perfectly and has clear clarity in day and night driving. I’m really excited to own this device and glad I bought it. The only big problem is the APP. It needs a lot of improvement on bugs and controls. The app won’t let me see any previews or live recording when I turn it on. I can take pictures and download videos without hesitation from the app but It also shows wrong time. It’ll be 1:00pm but show up as 3:30 am even though it’s day. Recording shows no speed limits I’m driving and I drive in imperial but shows metric. So I would love for this app to improve a lot more so if there is ever an accident, I would love for the DDpai to be the best camera for me and everyone else.

On our way home from our road trip we saw a road rage incident where a guy went across 3 lanes of traffic in front of a guys car to stop him and when they stopped the crazy guy got out with his gun screaming and cussing and we got it all on dash cam. But it happened right before we went into a new time zone. It was 3:00pm the with the new time zone it went back to 2:00pm and wrote over that hour when the crazy went down. That was the only interesting thing I caught on dash cam in six months and it got recorded over. In the frame by frame it shows a frame from the first hour and then a frame from the second hour of recording and so on but when you play the video it will only play the second hours video.

Update: I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed the live view bug. Typical Chinese company with no customer support.

When i bought Ddpai mini 3 A year an a half ago i was excited but quickly disappointed with finding out that live view didn’t work. Ddpai promised that they would fix it but to this day, it still has the same problem. No support or care from Ddpai whatsoever, typical Chinese company.
In order to make the live view work on iOS do this:
Verify you are connected to your cam’s wifi
Before opening the app, swipe up to bring control panel
Turn of your lte data (not the airplane mode, phone, wifi and Bluetooth works just the internet connection through your phone carrier is disabled, there is a button for it)
Open the Ddpai app and bring live view, it should work normally
Then swipe up and turn on your data connection again

To Ddpai: maybe you should put some instructions on the description of your app letting your customers know there is a bug with your app but there is a workaround while you are working on fixing it. It’s a shame you don’t listen to your customers complaints

it’s handy app. i watcha. car run a light and hit 2 cars and i got it on the camera. but the app is extremely glitchy. and i couldn’t pull up video for police because every time i tried to drag my finger to the time it happened it would rewind back many hours before drone here i stopped dragging. this app needs work, such as making it easier to find the video you’re looking for, less glitchy and an option to shut the camera up every time i turn on my car.

App not user friendly, camera keeps disconnecting, live view not working most of the time, try to retrieve videos and very difficult, seems to take pictures rather than videos most of the time and checked settings... super disappointing, I do NOT recommend this product at all!!

Did the hard reset two weeks ago when it completely crashed, re-downloaded the app... saw another comment a year ago with live view issues also... I guess they have not fixed anything yet!

Buy something else, like I will have to for what I need, safety camera on the road and when parked with abilities to go back and review footage easily if needed!

I have been using this camera/app for a while and there are many problems with it. First of all, it disconnects randomly too often. I have to go back and forth in my settings and connect it to the camera wifi. The other problem is that when it is connected, it takes forever to load the video on my smartphone. This camera becomes useless because if I can’t access my video right away when I need it to let’s say show to someone then what is the point of having it. Please fix the discussion issues and also please try to speed up the load time of smartphone. Thanks

The app cannot display the live preview from my Mini. I tried to reset the Mini and reinstall the app. It doesn't help. I am not sure that is the defective of the camera or the app. Please fix it. Otherwise, I should return the Mini before the end of the return period.

Update: I tried this app on different phone. It seems the Live Preview works on iPhone 6S 4.7". But it's not working on iPhone 7 Plus (5.5"). I hope it will be fixed soon.

For the last 2 days I’m trying to connect the dash cam with my phone it will not connected. When I check reconnect my wifi yo the cam and I enter the password, it shows connected then I go back to the app to connect it with the cam, it brings me back to connect once again to my phone wifi even if it shows that it already connected. Please help

Update: contacted their support and instead of assisting, they sent my email back to me…
Local album inside DDPAI app has only one video which I was able to save manually. Nothing else there saved after 3 days. Empty.
Application is complicated. After update which came out few days ago several options from camera removed including ADAS. Video recording as ONE whole piece and you have to find and cut portions you need . Customer service is NOT existent
