It’s a total sideshow. I got blocked for attacking the bullies. No explaining of the violation I was accused of. Because there isn’t one. Enough players complain you make their game hard so they can’t bully the game for game ego. They report you repeatedly with no evidence and then your banned. I just invested

Horrible!
This game use to be a good game. That is until recently. The customer support/developers don't give a crap and NEVER answer the mail you send in. I am in the process of fighting a monthly diamond purchase. I was billed and paid for the membership but did not get what I paid for. I sent in a request only for it to be ignored. When I had a problem with a purchase two years ago they were quick to fix it, usually within 24 hours. Now? You would see live zombies walking the earth before you see a reply to your email. So in my final words.... JoyFort (who the emails go to from the in game link) can shove their crappy game! I am done with the game, a base I worked on for over 3 years, and about $500 over the years will be gone. It's pretty bad when apple tells you to contact the app developers to fix any issues.

Do not bother
For 3 years i’ve played this game, and i’ve never received a response from customer support, player communication about bugs is limited due to players exploiting you if they know. There’s currently more than 10 separate bugs ongoing at any given time, each server has a handful of cheaters at the top, and the new merge killed an entire server. What was once a game where issues were fixed promptly has become a joke in the community that the devs have cashed out. Do not play this, do not invest money, just play something else, it’s all fun until the game randomly breaks and all your progress is gone.

It’s way better and more fun than games like mobile strike I haven’t needed to pay once so far and I’m constantly upgrading and receiving boosts for free. The bad news tho is that it doesn’t constantly keep your attention and there’s not much to do besides just tapping a bit, putting your phone down, receiving a notification, rinse and repeat. But it is still a fun game to have running while your at work/school/strip club.

Amazing game

Do not download this game. They lazy developers have not repaired the issue of not being able to log in. Please start class action lawsuit to get all of the money was paid to this developer.

Over the last two years I have spent thousands here to be at the top. The server was hacked and now everyone that wanted perfect equipment got it from the hacker. Joyfort stepped in and stopped the hacking but there allowing the players to keep all there stolen equipment. Everyone is quitting now because of the lack of support you receive on this game. I’ve sent at least 45 emails to them and they never replied to a single one.

Don’t waste your time or money played for 3 years and 2 different servers and spent some money playing because I liked it now you can’t even get them to fix the notifications problem or get them to punish cheaters who used a hack that no amount of work or money will catch you up they don’t give a crap about anything anymore wish I could give it zero stars at this point

Dead Zone: Zombie Crisis is pretty much Mobile Strike or Game of War with a texture overlay. The gameplay is nearly identical (which also means equally as bad) as said other games and is not even advertised. Instead, this game company has the nerve to advertise clips from World War Z and Call of Duty Zombies as clickbait. Or maybe they're just jealous that they couldn't create another zombie masterpiece like that? Idk, all I know is it's a bad game, and I suggest that you don't get it.
