Unfortunately even after a ratings reset…
There are still issues. Desert Diamond has decent lines and a nice sign up promo. Unfortunately, I had issues using the promo and was not awarded the full amount I won. After dealing with support I got everything fixed. It did take over a day so I wasn’t able to use funds in the meanwhile. After I ended up wanting to withdraw, I had many issues with the withdrawal process. It took me over 8 days with support to officially diagnose the issue with withdrawal. There is only one way to withdraw, via bank account. This overall was a very frustrating process for a book that is rather average. The payout on the plus side came the very same day. Super impressed with that. Beyond the initial sign up promo, there is nothing to reel you back in. Just a 20% boost here and there. I appreciate the help support gave, even though it seems like they had their hands tied. Didn’t seem like they knew what they could and couldn’t do. Also, phone support is non existent. They have a phone number but it goes straight to voicemail. You will be kind of scared to have your money in there, but at the end of the day it’s a legal book so they have to pay you out. Good luck!

Use other books
Worst sports book out of all the ones available to bet on. They have really nothing to offer and make you jump through unnecessary hoops to get your money. They made a huge deal when I deposited $20 and didn’t bet it so I withdrew it right away and they held my money until I have them a reason why I did that and proof of bank statement/identity. They had no problem when I deposited and lost money so it’s mind boggling. USE ANOTHER SPORTSBOOK. They do have a good sign up promo so just use them for that.

I’ve never had a problem withdrawing. All online books have terms and conditions - if you read them and send in your ID, etc, you won’t have any issues. I’ll admit their customer service leaves something to be desired, but they’re getting better. Online betting is new in AZ and they’re a small book, so they’re going to have some growing pains. They’re the only true local sportsbook in AZ and they have more boosts than DK, FD, etc. Give them a shot. They have one of the best welcome offers and genuinely seem to care about their players.

The app is clunky and they refuse to pay
This app is incredibly basic and runs slow at peak times, the account balance doesn’t update after you place bets, You have to close the app and open it back up to get a correct balance. I deposited for the bonus of 250 match I used that and spent a little money now that I’m trying to withdraw they are asking for all sorts of paper and identification and when I upload them they say not good enough, the same thing happened to my friend, they set up all these road blocks preventing you from getting your money, im sick of having to email Maria and Natasha to have them tell me thank for your cooperation, they used there verification process to withdraw my money and won’t put it back into the same account, bottom line there is 10 + better options for a sportsbook app in Arizona use someone else

The withdrawal process is horrible
I did enjoy using this app, but I will be deleting it. I signed up, won some but lost more. However, when I actually won big, they denied my payout...they said due to the promotion I used I needed to gamble more. I then gambled more and won a few more times...i was finally able to requests a withdraw and made 3 separate withdrawals within a week. They made me verify a bunch of stuff and after I did, I only received 2 of 3 withdrawals. (I was missing my largest one). Now, I'm having to just through hoops to get the money I won from them. The stuff I have to do and the sensitive documents I have to provide is not worth the 100 bucks I won. I’ll just post this review and move on to another app.

Don’t do it
I usually use draft kings but decided to try this one because of the welcome promo of deposit match. Except even when you meet their requirements, your winnings are split in half for “bonus balance” which you cannot cash out. Scam. Bait and switch. How is this not technically stealing?? I’m not playing with Monopoly money here. If I bet 100 and win 300, I expect that 300. Not only 150 of it. Reached out to support to complain. Depending on their response and if they can rectify this, I’ll definitely be taking anything they will give me back and leave. What a joke. It’s not worth the headache, please read the reviews first and stay away. I really wish I read reviews first.

Horrible company and app. Like many other companies, they have a long list of terms and conditions for you to accept. However, they clearly wrote these T&Cs to enable them to withhold people’s money. They don’t see any need to verify your identity when they’re taking your money, but the second you want it back, verification is required.
I didn’t even accrue any winnings. I just want my initial deposit back, and I’m being asked to send photos of my license, photos of the debit card I used, and photos of a utility bill. Unheard of. Avoid this app and use FanDuel or WynnBET or literally any other sports book than these frauds.

Not bad
It’s not my favorite Sportsbook, but the signup bonus is nice with very easy to follow requirements. Super easy to deposit and withdraw the funds once I bet through my deposit amount 1X. Not sure what all the complaints on withdrawals are about. As soon as I met the bonus spend requirement, I withdrew my money and had the money in my bank account in the same day. No complaints here.

Steal your money and horrible customer service
They will let you place a nice long parlay but when you win it they will have you jump hoops to withdraw it. Customer service seems to be via chat or email since phone service will take you to voicemail and if you show up to the casino they will tell you to use that app since it is supposedly handled through a third party. Once you do jump through their hoops they will find another issue to not pay you out and only give you back your initial deposit you make to place the wager. Stick to BetMgm or FanDuel. This app is a complete scam.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Won over $2500 on the app and now I’m trying to withdraw. After seeing my withdraw pending for almost a week I decided to reach out to customer service for possibly the worst “service” I’ve ever experienced. It’s been almost two weeks now since initially trying to withdraw my funds and literally no progress is made. I’ve asked to speak to managers or a real person and just get hung up on. I have no idea what I need to do to get my money at this point but it seems like it’s just gone.
