Getting better and Great Service
BetFred was a little rough when they first launched in AZ, but they are definitely getting better. The app is becoming more stable and more options for betting. Their promos are also getting better as well. One thing that is really lacking in the Sportsbook industry is solid customer service. I had an issue today and i was able to text support and they stood by their promotion and helped me out in an efficient matter. Much better service than i have been getting from other Sportsbook. Give them a change and i think they will continue to get better!

Reasons for rating
5 stars for great customer service and being responsive, definitely recommend using the text option if you can, they were quick responsive and helpful. I spoke to a Georgie as well and they were very helpful so I would assume most people there are the same way.
3 stars for the app, it was pretty glitchy and it was hard to load bets that were live play. But other apps have this issue too so I wouldn’t hold that to much against them!

Worst AZ book STAY AWAY
First off, it took 9 days to get verified and multiple talks with customer service. I’m a 31 year old Arizona citizen shouldn’t of taken more than a day. As frustrating as that was, I tried them out anyway. Had an issue where I placed a bet, was told it was confirmed. I win the bet and go to check my balance and it’s unchanged. Apparantly my bet had been cancelled. Seems really sketchy, was never told it was cancelled just my bet was voided with no notification. So I had a winning bet and wasn’t given my winnings. Talked to customer service for hours they weren’t helpful at all. This is all in day one with Betfred. I used there free bet and won to get a little profit even with my loss and cashed out immediately, won’t be using them again.

Great Service
My experience with Betfred has been positive. They have a nice betting menu to choose from, fair live odds, and good promos. Their customer service has been excellent in my interactions with them. If there’s ever an issue, it gets addressed by customer service quickly. The only thing I’d recommend is having more overnight lines available since it’s difficult to wake up early enough sometimes to bet openers in the morning.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Carson today. I recently signed up and he asked if I had any questions about promotions or how the app functioned. I’ve never been contacted first by a Sports book so it was refreshing in that sense. I have high hopes for this company seeing how they are proactive in their approach when reaching out to clients. The app itself is pretty standard and intuitive. I’m sure if you have questions they’d be happy to help. Good luck with the bets everyone.

Great book and Customer Service
If you’re looking for a book that has good competitive odds on various sports and also provide great customer service, this is your book. I recently had an issue where they mistakenly graded my wager as a loss. I reached out to them about the mistake and they quickly looked into it and corrected the wager for me. The rep who helped was Keirra Lowe, Awesome service!

Half baked app
This app says quite a bit about the people running it. App seems rushed, disorganized, poor performance, a god awful withdrawal system, and gives off a real “I don’t care” vibe.
You can have 3-4 bets in your betslip, but switch over to it to place a wager and it’s empty. Almost impossible to place single bets, let alone parlays. 3 updates over 6 months shows me they’re not invested in this app what do ever. Probably an unpaid intern keeping the app running.
Only thing this app has going for it is the promotions. Let’s see how long those even last

Amazing customer service
I have and use every sports betting app available in AZ. BetFred is by far the best customer service I have received. Between the live chat option, quick email replies as well as quick calls from them, I am impressed (which isn’t easy to do). The app is easy to use and love the promotions they offer.

Outstanding!!!
BetFred customer service is phenomenal! Had a small issue (which was my mistake) when I first signed up and the customer service team was excellent to work with. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The app itself took a little to get familiarized with, but once I did it was easy to navigate.

One of the best books
The overall app isn’t the best but when it comes to the book and the people running it, they are top notch. Win or lose they seem to be concerned about there customers and how there bets are going. They have different promos than just posted, just have to play long enough and be a loyal Freder.
