Bad service very bad
Not even app, not working even when you try to call through local numbers
Customer service also not great, they respond immediately, but they don’t have enough knowledge, sometimes call connect and that too some numbers. I had hard time connect to my parents numbers, I switch to another india calling apps and was able to calm them.
Customer service was saying it was problem with my parents service, how can I call them through another calling apps if it is their problem.

App is useless
Audio breaks too much to a point where making a call via app is pointless. Their service seems to be good as when I make the call manually by dialing the access number and entering PIN I don’t have any audio issues. Just the app is unusable. I even tried tweaking some of the settings to see if it will help fix broken audio but no success. Just gave up on the app and deleted it!

Serious upgrades needed
Having used multiple callings cards over the years, this time I came back to dial 91.
It is same as what I saw 5 years backs.
I can compare 91 with other calling cards and the others are offering better HD calls, upgraded applications and ease of access for same price.
Quality of calls is also just same it took me back to 2015.
Having staying in this industry from so long I feel 91 can upgrade and still be good competitor.

This app is getting worse over the years
I have been using this app since last 5 years. But I am seeing more problems now. Half of the month it doesn’t work. Either one way voice or I can hear only my voice or no voice from other end. Until a year back I could use this over LTE. Now it works only over internet. I am thinking to stop using it.

This app and company is a scam
Deserve no stars. This is a scam . You will loose Money. The call never works. People on the other side can’t hear us. No customer service. I lost my money. I should have read the reviews online before paying for this scam company. Run away and don’t waste your time and money

App not opening
I could not even open the app in iPhone now from past few days, atleast I don’t see proper communication or support on fix for this issue. The app is bit lousy, UI looks like age old app. During start of a call, it makes noise similar to dialup modem.

This application doesn’t work at all.
It will crash right after I click on call someone from my contacts.

Useless
I have been using this app for 2 years. But since last few months the app simply carshes on opening and there have been no updates. The balance I put in it to make calls has gone down the drain.

Really bad app
The app doesn’t work at all. Call hangs up after a few seconds. Even contacted customer service regarding this issue multiple times, but failed to resolve the issue. I would have given a zero star if I could.

Calling through contacts doesnt work
Calling a number stored in contact never works it just crashes the app. So you have to dial all numbers manually.
