I used guest because I don’t have Facebook and I was up to level 110 and had a lot unlocked, I thought it would save when I returned the next day no it didn’t. Now I have to began again from the beginning, but that’s okay. I didn’t see that I could log in with Apple ID, I only saw promotion to use Facebook log in so I just assumed the game only had one means of sign in since some games only have that. That’s something to keep in mind. I just didn’t know about that. The game is really cool, I like how every level is different. I got up 110 in only my first 3 days of downloading the app. I really like how there is a story line to it and how cute the two main lead characters are and they have ambitions in becoming an actor and it’s heart warming that the two main lead characters reunited and it’s so sweet. I like how the the two main lead characters want to make the town a better place and it’s such a lovely experience. The designs of the game itself are vey true to the Disney brand. I like the competition aspect of the events such as something Cookie and if you lose that level the level item decreases. If you enjoy matching games with a story to it then you might enjoy this game.🔥

Good puzzles, Okay storyline, $0 spent
A lot of reviews mention that you have to pay up to get through levels or win special challenges, but I haven’t had the same experience. I started playing about 3 months ago and I’m at level 670 without spending a penny. I’ve definitely been stuck on the same level for over 10 plays, but I just see it as a challenge to make all the perfect moves and analyze the board to see exactly what I need to focus on. (Sometimes there are obstacles that you don’t necessarily need to clear - just a distraction.) I’ve also won several challenges since I’ve gotten the hang of the game. It definitely takes some persistence and dedication. And you need to understand how the costume levels work and can work to your advantage. I actually like that it takes 30 mins to refresh a life because it limits my game playing. It gets addicting so the lack of lives force me to stop playing. My only minor complaint is that the storylines are boring. I agree with another reviewer that the “hero” is lame and the building of towns or completion of tasks is tedious. I would prefer a button that fast-forwards through all tasks while using your available stars. (But now I just save them all and let my kid watch and help pick decor every so often.) But overall, this game is fun and a good time-killer. It makes me use my brain a bit more which is nice.

I think this game is fun I am, 14 and I’m writing this review because I really think you should try and ask your children/niece/daughter/son/mom/dad/uncle/grandpa/ok ok basically everyone in your family ik ik I’m not exaggerating is really really fun game very very fun because you have different options to chose from like different rounds of mini games and you can kinda get free stuff from the shop on the top I try and play this game EVERDAY! And you can buy stuff from shop for example: more coins more gems and you can also do tasks if you complete one game they show your levels of the game and... you get prizes if you do enough tasks , you also get different maps from doing a lot of tasks theres so much to explore and you have a limit of lives / hearts however ya wanna say it :) but if you press the rank it will actually give you a chance to watch a add for free lives or free coins or even... free multiple lives for 1 day so that is why I think this game is very very very fun! :) if you get the game oh and forgot to mention what makes even more fun it is free! So go ahead and get the game and exsplore and have fun in the game! : D yass well anyways I may have to play minion rush while I’m farting welp bai! Hope you fun with your experience in this game!

One small issue.
I love this game. It’s fun, it’s relaxing. But, I had an issue yesterday I was out of internet range, & it logged me out of my profile (connected to my Facebook) And I’ve tried and tried to log back in, made sure my Facebook is logged in, but the game will only connect to my fiancés Facebook. I put so much time into my account and it’s like I’ve just lost all that effort. And I really don’t want to start over. . Is there anyone who could help me with this issue?
Other than that issue I have no complaints. This game isn’t like most games, most games you have to spend money to get decent characters, or boosters, ect. But, this game you’ll get super rare characters, coins, rubies, ect, just for the time you put into the game. It’s a really great game!

One of the best
Let me say this game is fun, easy to play and isn’t a money grab unlike other Disney games I’ve played (haven’t played Disney getaway and Heroes in ages because of the blatant need for me to purchase coins, boosters, etc.). A few times I’ve gotten frustrated with a level but completely forget that I have POP Mates to help me along which is THE best option for those having a hard time. The boosters cost too much (4000 for a rocket booster) but you can earn the coins back quickly. The only reason why I’m giving it four stars is because of the glitches. I’ve never had any money taken from me but it does get annoying whenever I’m about to win a level and the game freezes, making it so I have to play the level over. Oh! And also, gems are hard to earn (winning one-three gems a week) but who really needs them when you have your Mates! All in all, this game is addicting and I’m having so much fun repairing the villages as well as playing the levels. The events are entertaining, characters are cutie pies and costumes are easy to earn. Great job, guys!!

Cash Grab
It starts as a fun time waster and slowly becomes a cash grab. Eventually once you hit the mid-later levels, 160+, you’ll find yourself replaying the same level 15-20+ times. You can make the best patterns, special tiles, and still not even come close. Or you’ll find yourself with 1-2 required tiles left to break and no matter what patterns you try for, your luck just runs out and you don’t get what you need to break those last ones. Of course you can pay $5 or more to buy gems and purchase “darts” or whatever to break individual tiles, but this still only helps for those pesky last few tiles. I get games have to create revenue but I feel bad for the parents having to sit their and listen to their kids get frustrated at the incredibly spiking difficulty. When the game works smoothly and you don’t find yourself stuck on the same level for a prolonged amount of time, it’s actually enjoyable. I enjoy the town rebuilding aspect and the small amount of creative liberty they allow you to take with the decorations. I just wish they balanced certain levels a bit better.

so cute and addicting
This game is really fun that has the ability to distract you from your whole day - if you let it. I like the challenges of the puzzles and the many events, but while the building of towns end up being really cute; i find that part of the game pretty tedious. I’m a fan of all the fun events, but for all the time and effort put into trying to win the prize or hopefully a new character - i wish the pay off was a little bigger. Additionally, as you go up in t levels the puzzles get more challenging as you would expect, however, i find with the all of the new events for SR characters it’s almost impossible to win in the time allowed because you just get stuck on a level - it doesn’t make for a very fun experience always. nevertheless, i still play daily even tho i don’t always get the rewards - i’m not that disappointed because the rewards are never that great - im more disappointed in the fact that i wasn’t able to complete the event because it was too hard.

I love Disney. So i gave this a go. Not like a quick ten minutes and then review. Im on level 200. And there are two major things that make me angry. 1. The amount of advertising to buy whatever gems or in game currency is annoying and overwhelming. After almost every level, i get some stupid pop up with a “deal”. And if that wasnt enough, once youre at the main screen, the “shop” and “mailbox” constantly have this little moving box that pops up saying “free” and then if you go in, you can watch some advertisements to get free in game stuff, like coins or rubies. And 2. The first ten minutes of the game are smooth, and fast. Then it asks you to download the remainder of the world, not the game, just the world. So you have to download with each world as you go. It would be totally fine, but as soon as you download it, the game gets slow, and almost laggy. Mind you, im not playing on some cheap phone. I play on my iphone 12 and ipad air gen 4. So i have the power and speed, but im guessing all the crappy advertisements slow the game down dramatically.

Many apps are designed to let you purchase items to enhance your play experience or accelerate your progress; I’m all for it, until it becomes a blatant money-grab. Initially I flew through the first 300 levels and acquired the standard rewards. Now, I play a single level what seems like dozens of times waiting for the off chance the “stars will align” and I won’t be forced to waste moves until I get the “no matches available” message (multiple times per play) and soon then the round ends.
Here’s where pay to play comes in. You can go through your five lives in five minutes but it will take 2.5 hours to replenish on the timer, unless you pay cash or watch a 30 second ad for one additional life. The natural increase of skill rewards (closet leveling) is not on par with game play, enticing users to pay, or give up. Again, bonus items (which become practically essential to game play) are on your own dime. The game is unusually stingy with rewards.
I may check in on this one again in later (who knows, maybe this review will make them level the playing field a little), but for now, I’m going back to Best Fiends.

Love the game…. Customer service not so much
Very fun and entertaining game. My only issue is I’ve bought gems quite a few times and the last time I bought a $4 gem pack during an event the game glitched and the game closed and I got charged but didn’t get the gems. I bought the gems specifically for the event. I messaged customer service and sent them a screenshot of the purchase with the date but with it being around Christmas and a weekend it was still pending so they wouldn’t add the gems to my account. I mean I wasn’t asking for a refund I was just asking for the gems. You don’t get a whole lot for 3.99 so I’m not sure why they couldn’t just put the gems on there. I get it if I was asking for a refund or saying I purchased $50 of stuff. I’ve never had a game that glitched and the customer service people not handle it promptly and make it right when it came to something like that. I can understand if I was wanting a refund. Needless to say I definitely won’t make anymore purchases.
