It’s okay but not happy
So I had issues with receiving the rest of my emails 1 out of 7 I was able to redeem and received an email the others ones said it’s success but never received an email for them can’t reedem them when I don’t have an email for them only had received 1 , I emailed 3 times already to u guys and never have gotten a reply

If you notice all the replies from each review is an automatic message which is sad shows they truly don’t care about our review , thought, feelings , or how they turn things around can have affected our day and how nobody will ever trust them or their corp. they continue to say we will be able to redeem point ! WHAT ABOUT THE ONCE PROCESSING ! That question continues to get ignored ! OVER AND OVER AGAIN ! Having to restock is one thing for people who NEED to redeem but for others that have already redeemed should not be processing when clearly I gave in my points for an available gift card that should have been send to my email ! SO MAKES NO SENCE to even say anything about restocking for redemption made for available cards at the time !!!!!

Despite the hiccups, everyone behind this app is trying their best and delivering AS PROMISED slowly but surely. I honestly didn’t expect to get my referral credits and it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t because you win some you lose some and it’s not like I would’ve lost anything. But they are working hard to give what they promised so people need to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt.
This is actually a very interesting app that I am looking forward to trying. The people behind it prove to be kind and committed into their customer service and providing a good service. So don’t let those negative reviews deter you and give it a shot.

Amazing concept!
Nice concept! I like the fact that you can choose to what extent you participate into research and that you choose the info you give. Nowadays hospitals keep your info and do with it what they want without letting you know. They had some issues with the points over the thanksgiving holidays. My points dissapeared after redeeming the gift card promised from referrals, yet the support team was very present and professional and helped me all the way through. Now I have my points back and I was able to redeem my card

Awesome company that had a huge issue, but made up for it!
I downloaded the app during a huge promotion they offered for sharing the app in exchange for points to use in their marketplace. It was during the busiest online shopping time of the year and thousands of people downloaded the app for gift cards, which caused a lot of crashing within the app and supplies ran out. They were super accommodating, apologetic and made right with everything they promised! Thank you and I can’t wait to participate in trials!

Customer Support is phenomenal
This app and the referral program had huge ups and downs when it came to redeeming points for gift cards, but I have to say that their response to it was very well handled even though it took a couple of days to sort out. I applaud them for sticking to it and honoring what they said they were going to do! Their support team responded to my questions in a timely manner and made all the necessary adjustments as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give this app 0 stars if possible. I downloaded the app because someone referred me with the promise of getting a gift card when I signed up for the app. Surprisingly, they took away all of my points today. This is a shady act because I spent my time referring people and making them download the app. This is a total scam of false advertisement.

I’m amazed at the effort and time this team has taken to help each and everyone of us with our problems. We’ve had a couple of issues here and there and they were resolved and we were rewarded. They have given us all a fair chance at redeeming our rewards. Don’t know why people are complaining ! Overall view the app is great, very well designed and easy to use.

I appreciate that they still honored their promo for gift cards despite overwhelming flow of new members. Everyone who complains about their gift cards not being redeemed simply lacks patience. They work hard to restock, even though they didn’t have to do that. The app looks very interesting. They get 5 stars from me! Thanks you for making Christmas shopping a little easier.
