Doctors Care Anywhere is a virtual urgent care application that allows new and existing patients currently located in South Carolina and North Carolina to see one of our qualified providers from a phone, tablet or computer. The visit is fast and secure, and can be used to treat many common ailments. Any prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy, and you’ll have access to your visit summary inside the Doctors Care Patient Portal.
Providers on Doctors Care Anywhere can help diagnose and treat common conditions like colds, flu, allergies and sinus infections, skin abrasions and irritations, earaches and sore throats, pink eye, UTIs, yeast infections, and more. Doctors Care providers can also assist with behavioral health conditions, such as insomnia, stress and anxiety. If the provider thinks you need ancillary care for your condition, he or she will refer you to the nearest Doctors Care urgent care location or appropriate specialist.
Our virtual urgent care providers can now order the coronavirus test in South Carolina and North Carolina for patients who meet the appropriate criteria.

Find A Location allows patients to find the nearest location to them as well as provides contact information and address information for each location. Contact Information includes Address, Phone, Fax, and website URL for each specific location. Also updated all connected Libraries to the most recent version and made a couple of tweaks to the ability to choose a provider. Before the user could still select a provider, even if the provider was disabled or "Offline". Fixed this so that it couldn't happen anymore.

Fast and easy help when you need it!
Last week my wife got poked in the eye by a stick while pruning a bush. It didn’t seem bad enough to need ER treatment, but it was very painful and eye drops purchased at the drug store only made the pain worse. Used the app to find a Doctors Care clinic that was nearby and checked in right through the app. 30 minutes later she was sitting on an exam room table being seen by a doctor who examined her eye and gave her some drops to stop the pain. She had to wear an eye patch overnight, but no lasting damage. It was maybe 2 hours from online checkin until we were home again.
Second story. Last December my wife had been coughing for a few days and on a Sunday morning developed a fever. She went online and made a appointment to be seen virtually. In about 10 minutes a doctor FaceTimed with her as she sat up in bed. After a short session she diagnosed my wife as having an upper respiratory virus that was going around and called in a couple of prescriptions for her. So easy and convenient especially since she felt terrible and didn’t want to have to dress up and travel.
Give this a try. You won’t be sorry!

Doctors Care
I am sick with a Sinus Infection and I called my Primary Care Doctors office and was told I couldn’t be seen until I get a Covid Test. That made no sense to me because I have to wait 3-5 days to get the results. I registered to get an appointment at CVS Minute Clinic but couldn’t get an appointment until the next afternoon. So I kept looking and found Doctors Care for an online appointment. I was skeptical but I tried anyway and I’m absolutely impressed. I told her all my symptoms and she said I needed an antibiotic. She sent them to my pharmacy of choice and everything went quite smoothly. I didn’t have to wait in a doctor’s office around all these sick people along with myself being sick. I didn’t have to sit in there waiting to be seen. I highly recommend this way of seeing a doctor when you’re sick unless of course you have other medical conditions that wouldn’t be safe to do it this way. Very happy to find Doctor’s Care!!

Best option in town!
Amid the panic pandemic of the latest Covid spike it was an utter nightmare trying to be seen by anyone to get an antibiotic for my annual bout of tonsillitis. Not even my primary care doctor could or would see me until two days later and without writing any scripts. Wasn’t like I was trying to get opioids or something to sell….just a little penicillin. Finally found this app and it saved me from an even longer wait while getting worse physically. Download it and use it! The doc was amazing as well!

Easy and fast!!
Wow. I am so impressed. I am a teacher with an infant and after getting the stomach bug and unable to go to the doctor (couldn’t even drive!) my co-worker suggested this app for the next time I get sick. Well 2 weeks later I have 8 out of class with strep! And now I am showing symptoms. Putting in your information was so easy. The wait wasn’t to long and the doctor took action immediately after hearing my symptoms. I love it when it is quick and easy, especially with a new baby!

Well worth it!
I had a great experience using this app! I had a virtual appointment from home since I had a bad cough. The doctor was wonderful and talked through my symptoms with me and was able to send in a quick prescription to my pharmacy. It was so nice to be able to do this from home since I didn’t feel well enough to go anywhere (and I am sure everyone else appreciated me not coughing around them as well!) so glad I found this app!

Excellent Experience
The care provider (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name) who I spoke with was very friendly, very knowledgeable and I felt she understood exactly what I was going through. (This was for a UTI). Although I’ve had these situations before, my provider had some good suggestions that I had forgotten about. She was very helpful.
I left the conversation feeling like I had been listened to. She was great, and I would definitely recommend this service to others!

Awesome Service
I highly recommend using Doctors Care Virtual Service. I was feeling so bad the last thing I wanted was to leave my house, much less my bed. The process was very easy. The physician was professional and kind. And I am on my way to feeling a whole lot better. I’d highly suggest using this Virtual Doctors Care App most definitely.

Doctors Care Virtual Visit
This is wonderful if you’re sick and need a doctor. You don’t have to leave the house or sit in a room with other sick people. It’s easy, quick, and the doctors are so helpful and caring. I’ll be using them again if I’m not feeling well. A+ care!

Fast Service
I have used Doctor’s Care twice now and both times was fast and easy. My scripts was electronically sent and they even emailed me a doctors note for work. Amazing fast service. Will definitely be using again!!

Convenient!!!!
Very convenient, helpful and user friendly! Especially when you have an infant at home and it’s hard to get out. Helps me take care of myself when I’m busy taking care of everyone else!
