Don't Touch The Spikes Hack 2.1 + Redeem Codes

Don't touch the spikes is a very fun game, but there are a few flaws that drive me crazy!
1. Many times, adds pop up in the middle of the game which causes you to loose.
2. When adds pop up, it brings you to the App Store even if you didn't press anything which is hard because you keep having to go into a new app.
3. it freezes a lot, my phone is in good condition, it never freezes except for on this app
4. The candies are kind of hard to win you have to save up and there are certain birds that cost more than 1,200 candies.
5. There are 5 birds at the bottom When you go to the bird tab, those birds you can use for free but you have to scroll all the way down to get them
6. In the bird park, birds fly by and if u tap on it, a diamond falls down, diamonds are used for getting birds, and candies are used to upgrade your park. Every time you upgrade a new feature comes in, like hills, clouds, trees, the sun which makes more birds come to your park which means, MORE DIAMONDS! But, on level 1 hardly any fly by about 5 fly by a minute, so I would say be patient because you have to spend candies to get crystals.
7. Hard mode- hard mode is where your bird goes faster and the spikes move up and down the wall. It is very hard to get candies
8. Duels- duels are hard because there is another computer bird competing with you. It is quite hard and it can take a while, you have to win 3 rounds for each duel and if you leave, your progress is lost

So finally after 5 years they fixed the resolution glitch but now when you open the bird store they just made the birds free. I would be fine with this, however they did not make all the birds available and a lot are missing. Basically, they now made it so you can’t spend candy to unlock birds anymore which is what made the game fun and have progression but they just took that away with this update. So you have nothing to work towards to unlock and I can’t get the bird that I used to have anymore. For instance there was a red spiked bird that had black stars following the trail and they took that away. I hope they fix this and allow us to spend candy to unlock birds again.

The game itself is overall really fun. It’s easy to learn but hard to play, and there’s a ton of variation to the same idea, so it doesn’t get old. There are a few issues though.
1. The game tries to load in an ad every time you open the app. Which would be annoying, but tolerable, if it actually worked, but around 85% of the time, it just freezes and you have to close out and reload the app to try and see if it’ll work this time. It probably won’t.
2. The gems you collect in the cave are useless. A long while ago, you could pay for birds with them, but since all birds are now free, they are entirely useless. You can still use the other two currencies, candies and diamonds, to upgrade your park though, and you can use candies to upgrade your headlamp for the cave. This is a much less bothersome issue than the ads though.
Overall, really fun if you can get it to work, but it’s really hard to get it to work nowadays.

I love this game and have had it for a very long time. I have completed all of the challenges and it says “more new challenges coming soon”. I’ve had them completed for about a month, but still no new challenges have been added. I still play, but not as much because the challenges are what encouraged me to keep playing because I wanted to beat them. That is the only reason I have left 4 instead of 5 stars. I still love the game and it’s still fun, but I would definitely play more once the challenges are updated!!

The latest 2.1 update is awful. The “minor bug fixes” removed all the birds I had acquired but a handful and literally removed all the cool birds I had yet to earn. Worst of all is that the developers lied and claimed 2.1 was a small bug fix update but they literally changed the entire game and removed all the cool birds you could earn (which is your only incentive for really continually playing this app). Been playing this game passively for many years, but now it shows I have earned all the possible birds (and there aren’t very many to earn anymore). Really boring game now with zero incentive to keep playing. Makes me angry that I never got to earn all the birds and they removed my progress and everyone else’s. Going to delete this game and find something else to play. Don’t waste your time.

I have rarely written any reviews, but I just couldn't help but take the time to say, good job ketchapp, don't touch the spikes has been better than ever(: I had this game a long time ago ,back when the Samsung was the hit, but I decided to download this again and so much has changed! There are so many additions that are pleasantly exciting! The hard but beatable cave, the challenge level, even multiplayer TWO ways!? It's so cool, and I thought the original was already cool. Thank you for such an addition to make the fullest out of this app. This is one app I won't delete!❣

Can you update the game? I love playing it but after the iPhone 13.1 software update the games unplayable. All you see the bottom left of the play screen at the top right of your phone. I deleted it and reinstalled it to no avail. Please update your game

Edit: My iPhone X broke and I had to upgrade to the new iPhone 11. After loading my iCloud backup Spikes is playable. I’m not sure why tho. That means if spikes is messed up and you want it to be playable you’d have to wipe your iPhone and reload you iCloud backup. So it’s possible but who wants to go through that?

I love this game I have no problem with it but when I first went into it there was an advanced then once I got out of the add the screen wasn’t on the screen. The part of where you could see the game and the bird was way up at the top of the screen and all a could see was grey and like the settings. Thank you I hope uninstalling it and reinstalling will help.

Update: I tried re downloading it but it was still the same so physically cannot play the game.

This app is amazing! Ads are NOT a problem! Previous reviews almost tricked into NOT buying this. Sometimes ads pop up in the middle of the game, but they DO NOT cause you to die! You can just keep going! I love the cave and the park! Ketchapp and Eye Box Games, please add more things like the cave and park! I love the different kinds of things you can do. This app is like Color Switch because there is a variety of challenges/ game modes. I play this everyday and I won't stop! Also I 💜💜💙💙 the birds they are soo cute!!!!

I’ve been playing this game for awhile and it hasn’t had any updates in 5 years. That was until 2 days ago (February 8th 2021) where they came out with the 2.1 update, and the only description was “minor bug fixes” but when I opened the app, so much has changed, they removed so many bird customizations that I earned, they removed any incentive in completing the challenges, they brought back ads, which is fair I guess because I was playing ad free, but they removed so much. This is was out of no where and the first update in 5 years. They probably just wanted to throw away everything fun and make it so they can make money for as long as they can. I was having fun too. Well time to look for a new game then
