Good good
This hames pretty dang awesome because its different and cool and new. Rather than other tycoon games where you build fictional places to get money you buy fake stocks to real places like country clubs and restaurants and even entire cities. I only kind of get how stocks work like you buy them for a certain percent of a company and that money goes to the company for stuff they need to make it better then hopefully it becomes better and stocks are worth more and if you sell them you make money but its still really dang fun. Oh ya its also and online game so its not just you buying the stocks, its other people as well so you can make them offers for certain amounts of their stocks and its really cool. You also have to “wait for the lawyers to file the paper work” which is just a timer like every game. More valuable the stocks the longer it takes for lawyers to go over it i assume, ive only bought a couple things so far. And each day the lawyers take to look over the paper work it charges $810 so i thought that was also cool.

This game could have the potential to be a 1 of the best games out there but lacks details. Most games give you endless tutorials to the point they are annoying. This game give you nothing I mean nothing. First off when you buy property there is no rhyme or reason to investing. They just give you a name, how much X % cost and then done. I have noticed that the daily rent is not accurate either. It will tell you this brings in 10k per day after daily cost but it is actually much lower than what it say. 2. When you go to the market place to buy a percentage of someone else's property there is no details about the property no rent, cost per day or anything. 3 it only brings up property in your current location you can't map the next town over for a "Starbucks" or what ever. 4 and the worse one of all you can spend 200k buying 100% of something and soon as you buy it your depreciation value is to the point of bankruptcy..I can by 100% of a company with 200k value and soon as you own it that value is then like 1500 bucks?? Is this just a bait to buy coins and make money in the in game purchase?? Why can't things be a close t real time as possible? If I buy abc roofing for X amount it should stay X amount until something happens not just because.

I'm taking a financial accounting course(requirement for my degree) and the professor has a semester long project that usually involves the game Stock Wars, but that game was having serious technical difficulties, so we went to try another game that the professor found, and we didn't even attempt to use it because a classmate set out and found LANDLORD 2. The professor actually loved the idea behind the game, so we started using it... I myself downloaded donut trumpet tycoon at the EXACT SAME TIME as LANDLORD 2. And for a while they both worked well, but as the days went on, classmates, myself included, began to have technical difficulties with LANDLORD 2, all the while Donut Trumpet continued to work flawlessly without a problem since I first started it, and now my entire project team will be using Donut trumpet... yes I get that they're the same game different name, but so far Donut Trumpet works the best, and I would definitely recommend it to the next group of students to take his class.

I downloaded this after playing Landlord2. I didn’t look yet to see if it was the same developer or not but the interface and just about everything is IDENTICAL to Landlord. It is essentially the same game. The only thing I haven’t found yet is the Logout option. When playing landlord I played on two accounts, one with email and one linked to Facebook. When I logged into Trumpet, I selected the wrong facebook acct and proceeded to search for the logout option...either I’m blind or just not looking close enough. I had to delete the game so I can start over. None of that is really negative, just annoying. The one negative I do have to say is about both games — they both state that you buy real properties around you and when people check into them in real life you get more money or points, or whatever. I did that myself and saw no bonus at all. The other thing is that somehow people are making up bogus properties and they show up in the list to buy. I can look on the map of where these “businesses” are located and I know without a doubt that “Dad’s Kitchen” three houses down from me is not a real restaurant.

Great Game
This game is probably one of my new favorite apps. I love how you can buy real world locations especially when they are places that are near me that I like to visit often. It’s currently only my first day playing this and I am super excited to see my profits for tomorrow. I also think it’s really cool how we can trade with other players and have one player own one part of a place, while the others own the rest. Really a great game to try, though I am kinda disappointed they felt they had to put Trump’s name in the title for more downloads even though the game really has very little to do with him. It truly is a fun game to have, and I don’t think they needed to do that for it to become enjoyable. Then again this doesn't ruin the game. It’s still great. Keep doing well developers.

First let me start by appreciating the effort that went into making this game to make it as real as possible. The game uses actual people's digital footprints to determine the property rent and your earning!
You are able to buy and sell stocks. Where you invest makes a big difference because just like real stocks you have to think about where to invest in this game too. Ex:buy an ice cream store before summer because during summer everyone will be getting ice cream creating more digital footprint at the location making your rent higher.
Unlike other tycoon games this game is most realistic because you do not become a millionaire over night. On your way to becoming a millionaire you can learn a lot about real life real estate and stocks.
My favorite place is the auction because you can sell your property for big money and you can buy other properties for cheap money.
This game is very incredible due to realism and can never get boring because you need to use your brain to become successful and reach the top instead of just tapping screen all day like other tycoon games.

Great; very realistic; some minor issues
To begin with, it is very fun. This is a great game to play with all of your friends and family. As a kid it makes feel as I'm a part of the economy. Another great thing is that the game uses local businesses to buy from. The only issues I have found is that is the beginning there is NO tutorial. Since I had friends who already played, it was no problem. Now I’m not saying I want a super long and in-depth tutorial, but a small one would be nice.
I also feel like this is a game that isn't fun to play for hours at a time (which is good and bad). Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, and I rate it five stars.

Correction: After 2+ weeks of asking for the coins promised the devs finally fulfilled their promise. 5* for the game play and 1* for the customer service.
So 2+ weeks ago I invited a friend to play this game via the automatic invite system inside the app which promises you 100 tokens if your friend accepts and downloads the game. My friend literally plays with me every day, however it’s been over 2 weeks now and I just received and a message from the devs that I will not be receiving my free promised tokens because they don’t know if some sort of glitch happened but they will investigate the glitch and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Lol and I still don’t receive the free tokens promised to me. This is a terrible way to do business, if you promise something you better deliver. Just Shameful.

Great game
This game is great in the way that it is very easy to use. However it does take a while to get very much $$ at first but once you play for a while it is much more fun. One complaint is that the coins are way too hard to come across. I have 17 billion net worth and it costs 10 coins to get .2% of a decent property. Also, the ads should pay out 2-3 coins because it would help to fix this problem. This is one of those games where you will check it once or twice a day. You aren’t going to get any more than 30 minutes of play from it in 1 day. Overall very good game. Would recommend to anyone.

The best game, I really like it! The game takes a little time and you can play without tension. Very user-friendly interface. Here you can buy a business near your home or wherever you are and after that get it arrived. The game has skills that you can also improve. If you want to buy something else that is not near your house, then you can use the market. This game is really very interesting, it can be played for a very long time, it only takes a few minutes a day, which is very good.
