Needs a better trading mechanism
On day 25 and happy with how playable this is without the option to buy premium currency. But I need a better way to trade my excess cards for potions. I have a few dragons with over 100 cards but I can’t use them because I don’t have enough potions. Could the trader be adjusted for a more targeted selection of dragons that have extra cards?

Bug ruins the game
I’ve encountered the same issue as someone else. During an event, my automated dragons have completely stopped giving gold - this totally kills my ability to maintain my leaderboard position, or remain competitive in the event (3rd place, at the time the bug occurred).
Netflix support was no help at all, as they basically just advised me to wait and said that they would look into the issue, along with telling me to check back daily and see if there is any change.
I tried updating, restarting my phone, reinstalling the game - all with no luck.
It’s absurd that this is Netflix’s handling of the event, because it completely invalidates the time I’d spent to gain my ranking. I feel like it was a total waste of time to even attempt to contact support, as well as basically spitting in my face by saying that there’s no ETA on a resolution and to just wait; since events are time limited - this is no help.

Love the game BUT….
I love the game! But it’s very frustrating whenever you’re playing the events and your dragons stop collecting gold. I’m currently playing in event and I’ve only been playing for about a week and I was doing relatively well. I was in the 70s so I was gonna get some thing when the event ended in 13 or so hours. But I just logged in to check my dragons and they’re not collecting any gold and I checked my status and now I am at 103 which means I’m no longer in the running to get any special event items. So I just spent the past four days working on the event for nothing.
I took some screenshots of everything, but I don’t see where to upload it to speak to support in the game. Other than that major fallacy it seems OK I’ve even tried restarting the game and restarting my iPad. None of it worked.

A game should be fun not frustrating
1 - When you spend the rare currency on a chest and you don’t get what was guaranteed, it’s extremely frustrating!!! I immediately deleted the game because I’m not playing to feel frustration but fun.
2 - The pace of the game is very fast then very slow, then very fast but shorter and very slow but longer… and so on…. I expect that from in-app purchase games, not from NETFLIX games!
3 - I love the events but again, it’s not an in-app purchase game, and those event shouldn’t be a competition to who’s gonna get the best reward. It’s frustrating and unfair for the player that spends his time and energy there, and it’s unnecessary for the company who owns the game because they don’t make money out of it.

Love it, some slight issues
Absolutely adorable, very fun, very satisfying game. Ran into a problem in a dream event when I used gems to buy a 1 hour “time skip”, my dragons stopped producing gold entirely for the rest of the dream event. Also don’t know what to do with all of the extra cards that I collect, they’re going unused; would love to be able to exchange them for gems or potions.

Soft Locked
I enjoy the game but I am soft locked from progressing. To complete my goal I need more gems. To get more gems I need to complete my goal. It seems like you’re meant to be able to get gems through micro transactions/Ads, but there is no way to do so. The “+” on the bottom right of the gem counter takes you to the store where everything costs gems.
It’s unfortunate and I hope it can be patched out before I uninstall and move on.

So many problems
This game is fun but there are so many issues it becomes more frustrating than it’s worth to play. The event dragons constantly “fall asleep” and quit producing. Very exciting if you’ve spent your saved gems to place well. Now my game has logged me out and refuses to let me log back in. I can log in on my old phone just fine but my new phone which was working completely fine now says my password is incorrect and will not allow me to log on. Just skip this game and save yourself the frustration.

Events are super buggy
Its great to play without having to buy premium coins however the event keeps bugging out and with no way to save progress (meaning if you uninstall reinstall you lose everything and have to start all over) so when when closing and reopening app and restarting phone do nothing to fix issue and there are no updates you are just stuck waiting for the game to start collecting coins again.

Yep it’s still broken
To any devs that might be working on this issue. It appears to happen after the game is left open in the background. When opened again, it glitches while opening and all nests stop producing gold. Completely closing doesn’t fix it, nor does removing and reinstalling game or restarting device. It appears to correct itself after several hours. At which point an progress in an event leaderboard is lost.

Bug in earning coins
I’m using Dragon Up - Netflix on my iPhone 12. I’ve noticed that my coins are stalled from earning anything. This seems to happen quite regularly. How do I correct it? I’ve closed the app, restarted my phone, and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work. Eventually after a day or two it seems to fix itself. What is happening?
