Could be a helpful app, but it would be nice if you could set up reminders throughout the day for tasks. Also, there did not seem to be a lot of explanation. For example, there is a category for deep breathing. The app gives a brief description of "roll breathing", but does not fully explain how to do it. I deleted for now. I hope there are more detailed features in the future. If you are looking for a very basic tracker, this could work for you. Just not what I was looking for....
