Fun game, helpful and kind staff

I had unfortunately lost my game data due to a phone switch (nothing having to due with the game— I couldn’t transfer most of my phone data for completely unrelated reasons) and I was bummed that I’d lose all my stuff. I didn’t expect to be able to get anything at all back, but as kind of a Hail Mary I messaged the support team asking if there was any way to get it back. They were extremely helpful and brilliant! I was able to get my data back thanks to them!

But about the game! One of my favorite mechanisms is that you can choose if you want to treat it as an idle AFK game or not because of the potion replenishments. You can make quests go faster by using potions, and you can get potions by playing mini games. Unlike a lot of other mobile games, energy replenishments don’t cost real world money. It’s not pay-to-win or pay-to-play, most of the things you can buy with diamonds, which you earn through completing missions OR you can pay for them, and diamonds are mostly spent on cosmetics rather than in-game necessities. Everything you need to play can be bought with real money OR can be earned through playing.

Really fun game and I especially love the vast collection and variety of different dogs you can collect! My favorite dog is probably Minty Bark :)

Can’t Open The Game Anymore

I seem to be the only one having this issue, but after playing the game for a while (since it’s release few weeks ago) it’s been working “well” as it will crash from time to time but nothing this bad. It will crash each time I get on it. I barely just got my daily reward today then it crashes for the third time. I’ve attempted to open the game again. Crashes a fourth time.
I can’t watch ads for rewards because some ads crash the game, or send you off the game and restarts it.
Otherwise then that I have a decent time playing the game. I’ve played Castle Cats before and I can’t remember why I uninstalled it so I gave Dungeon Dogs a try. It’s more of an idle clicker which I actually don’t like, but this one makes it fairly ok. I soon enough realized why I didn’t like Castle Cats because of the amount of money they want you to pay for one of those VIP subscriptions to get ahead of the game. Always throwing some money grab in your face. As the event plays out it’s seemingly impossible to get event materials because. You can boost them yet, you have to watch an ad which never works. The events only give you so much anyway.
I still love the dog characters and their cultural reference. The story is really the only reason why I stuck around to play the game. There is nothing really commendable about it.
The animations are glitchy and my phone overheats from playing it too much so it’s rarely worth 3 stars for me.

I love all the games when I first started playing the games...... it was About early 2019 dungeon dogs wasn’t made then why ya say that u ask??? Well CC i like to call it castle cats was the first game I played by this “maker”yes there’s more!!😆1 more castle cats was an older version of it was mostly the same thing only it was cats... Obviously. 🙄 it was so fun 🤩 i love love love Looooooveeeed IT!!! the dogs were the villans and cats were heros blah blah it was the same as dungeon dogs i love then both✔︎シ But this is exactly :\ why I love dungeon dogs castle cats 🐈 was older but fun sure it updates but u may open a lot of the same characters in the boxes and waist money :c............. WELL on dungeon dogs 🐕 🐕‍🦺🦮🐩 there is 1.more detail 2. There’s never not nothing new 3. It’s very easy to obtain any items 4. u rarely ever have to worry about getting the same dog ☻︎5.u have different new embers 6 u get gifts boxes craft boxes money and other items every second!7.the outfits have more better options 8. Pretty Solid Game

I got Castle Cats a few days ago and have been playing a lot of it. I learned that Dungeon Dogs was releasing and was keen to get the game as well. It’s very similar; almost identical in gameplay. The only difference (besides artistic ones like how the enemies/items look) is, well, the dogs. I like the story of rebels working to overthrow a tyrant king more than the pugomancer, it gives the game a bit more of a serious tone. I like the designs of the dogs as well. Gameplay is fine, personally I don’t find the combat very interesting to do, but that’s just what I think. I like the artstyle, it’s pleasing to look at. The only thing I’m a little unclear on is if the rarity of the dogs corresponds to their damage output, something I was also unsure of in Castle Cats. That’s just a small thing though, overall the game is nice to spend time on, or if you don’t feel like spending hours a day on it it’s also a good idle game. I like the option to either manually do the fights or wait for them to finish. Anyways, I’m interested to see where the story goes!

Awesome game boggled by aggressive adds

I played the sister game to this castle cats and both are fun games centered around collecting and upgrading adorable heroes that have variable skills needed to complete various timed missions. I’m a huge fan that you can use click energy to speed up these timers. It makes for a great hybrid of idle elements and active tasks. This new game plays nearly identical as castle cats but it has way too many adds. After every missions there’s and add (some missions take 1 minutes meaning you’ll be triggering adds quite frequently), sometimes opening various in game menus triggers and add as well. It means that for a casual game say you have five minutes to check up on your progress you might spend nearly half of that time waiting for adds to finish. There’s also plenty of bonus from watching adds but why would I take them when you have literally bombarded me with adds. There’s lots of potential here and I know I can use purchase to take away adds, but I think the devs can and should check their adds trigger and scale back a bit. I also noticed some in game menus lagging to close or some x buttons not working on first and second taps.

It’s a great game if you are not bothered by adds or if you supports devs and purchase the add removal.

Super Fun, Not pay-to-win, Quirky Characters!

just got this game today and i love EVERYTHING. sometimes the array of activities and items can seem daunting, but its easy to get into a rythm. The catalog is wonderful, and all the little dog facts are so cute! the fact you have complete customization over your guild leader is WILD (its so hard to find such open ended creativity in gameplay like that) and fun! the fact you can give your leader their own quotes is awesome. All the characters and conversations are funny and keep you going with an interesting plot line! the chatter in between quests is always just the right amount. not so much it feels like theyre droning on and on, but short enough it leaves you wanting more. the collection aspect of the game is legitimately enjoyable, and not frustrating as far as i can tell. Both gems, coins, embers, tickets, events, and new dogs are availible readily, and its not at all pay-to-win (what i was expecting).
ive downloaded castle cats, and im yet to play it, but i have no doubt its just as colorful and interesting as this one!

Phenomenal game and Very fun to play!

I dowloaded Dungeon Dogs a few days ago, and I am obsessed.

It’s one of my favorite games to play. There’s a large variety of dogs to collect, so I don’t think I’ll ever get bored!

Dungeon Dogs has reasonable gameplay. It’s not awfully hard to level up the Barracks, Wood station, Cotton station, and metal station. It doesn’t take me days and days just to level up. It’s not super hard to level up a hero. And the quests never get too hard (or too easy)!

Dungeon Dogs’ storyline is very creative, and I treat it kind of like a book! The plot changes, new characters appear, and it just goes on and on and on!

The art on Dungeon Dogs in phenomenal. I have absolutely no idea who drew it, but they did a paw-tastic (sorry) job! People that leave reviews don’t talk about the art much, so I hope my review might change that.

Nothing on Dungeon dogs is too expensive or too hard, and that’s what I love about the game.

But, I do find it pretty hard to get Embers. I might’ve have to refresh my Quest Board 12 times for a quest to have an ember on it! They are pretty hard to get, but that won’t change me leaving a 5-star review.

My favorite all-time favorite hero is probably Cookie Dough!

MYSTERIOUS NOISE (Problem fixed now!)

Okay, I’ve never written a review before but I’ll give this a try because I desperately want this problem fixed. This game is great. I hate to give it a two star review and am only doing so to make sure this review is read. I will change my review back to 5 stars as soon as this issue is fixed. I love everything about this game and it’s brother game Castle Cats. The animations are smooth, the characters are lovable and easy to connect with, it’s just a really solid game. There is only one problem. Starting a couple days ago, a mysterious noise started appearing in the Dungeon Dogs. Sometimes when I play, a strange knocking noise appears in the game repeated anywhere in between 3 to 10 times every 5 or so seconds. It only happens sometimes, but when it happens, it happens everywhere I go in the game. (Fighting, Barracks, Alchemy, Market, Questboard etc) I cannot seem to escape it. It’s especially annoying because I love the soundtrack of the game and I think that the music is even better than Castle Cats. I don’t know if this is just happening to me or to other players, too. I would very much appreciate if this issue was fixed, as it is very annoying and interrupts the flow of the game. Thank you for your time and sorry for the long review.

Awesome game! Very Nice!

So... I just got it a couple days ago I played it and it was amazing! The graphics are cute, the wars with the enemies are good. (Not anything dramatic in the wars), the mini games I think are nice and easy to play,🏈 and the dogs are cute.🐶 the next day it was pay day.💰 So then I asked for pouch of gems💰💎 because it came with a starter pack.🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬Ok I’m sorry I just can’t help with this emoji... mom said no because it to much money and I was like how about Monthly gem card then and she was like Umm... sure? I looked around making sure it was not a member ship. I got so happy... Ok here are the bugs. 1# kicks me out of wars 2# I tried deleting tabs, because it said my Barracks and Wood tree would look different but did not work 3# I keep getting Sago Mini adds. I LOVE IT!! A few fixes tho

I absolutely love this game!! I even downloaded Castle Cats! I also convinced my sister to get it and she enjoys it a lot too! We spend most of our time on it! There are a few things I think should be fixed though, I understand this is a new game but I think these are some things that should be adjusted or fixed :) First, I think there should be more mini games for your dogs to level them up. I struggle I’m with leveling up my dogs and doing the battles all the time. Plus more mini games let you have more fun instead of just waiting. Secondly, I absolutely love the music and stuff but when ever the dogs flip or do stuff while I’m doing something else, there’s a sound that gets repetitive and very annoying. I’ve tried going through settings but it doesn’t have an option to turn that sound off. I love this game and can’t wait for future events and updates!! <3
