This was just what I was looking for! It chimes to start/stop and I don’t need to touch my phone throughout my whole HIIT workout. You can program each timer and the amount of sets for your personal experience. Love it…Thanks!!

Love it! But…
Love everything about this app except that you can’t label your workouts. I need to have a separate notepad with me to keep track of what workouts are in my set.
