Edsby Hack 2.1.52 + Redeem Codes

Guess what? I am a student who uses Edsby and it does its job, but the format can DEFINITELY use improvement. There are SOOO many glitches, often resulting in me not being able to see my grades or messages or teachers or anything like that. The font and look of it is also something to me improved upon. It doesn’t look nice, and it doesn’t fit the screen properly sometimes. Some functions, like the messaging, don’t work. For example, if I messaged someone and need to message another teacher, it forces me to exit out of the app and go in again because for some reason the keyboard is stuck on the page!! If there could be some improvements on Edsby it would be awesome and so beneficial for teachers, schools, and students alike.

I try logging in but it does not work but when I try at Google it works but I have to use office 365 plz fix this

I’m an almost graduated student who has used this app for four years. I’m happy to say I can finally uninstall it, as graduation is mere days away, and this review has been a long time coming.

While the website itself is pretty good for managing grades, I find the app lacks in a few aspects. The basic premise is there, but certain aspects of the website are gone. For example, on desktop you can see a graph of all of the assignments in a class and how much they impact your grade, which would be much more convenient if I could access it on my phone. In addition, I have encountered a few small glitches in the app. If I tapped on a teacher’s profile through the course itself, it wouldn’t let me access it. I had to use the search feature to find the teacher, which was a pain.

On a slightly different note, the messaging system could be greatly improved. It would be much easier if there was a method of receiving push notifications when you receive a message from a teacher, or if a large grade were posted, or if one of your grades has dropped significantly. I always found it hard to remember to check Edsby frequently, and push notifications would be a major help for students like me in future years.

In conclusion, I’ve had a love hate relationship with this app over the years, but I’m finally ready to let go. I hope Edsby changes for the better so students in years to come have an easier time.

I’m a student and I use Edsby everyday. It would be great if the app had push notifications so that I can get notifications whenever my teachers post something new, grade my completed assignments, etc. This app is REALLY slow. I still face issues with the app not loading correctly. I have to wait around 15 minutes just so that it can load ONE page. Sometimes the entire thing crashes and I have to wait hours until I can get back on. The way the app is organized also makes it difficult to find things. I get confused and irritated very quickly. The mobile app kind of lags out and once I try to back out of a page I can’t get back to the previous page I was on. Everything seems just crammed together and makes it hard to navigate. I wouldn’t really recommend but I think the app is OK. However, OK is not good enough for students and teachers who use the app daily.

Teacher here. I like the app, but I would LOVE to get the little red notification numbers next to it on my phone. I need to know when I should check Edsby--for private messages and messages in the class feeds.

I've really been pleased about all of the improvements to Edsby over the last year, and I was reluctant about it in the beginning. That said, I really, really, really want those little red notifications (even if it's just for private messages).

Most students have the Edsby App, but there are still too many that don't check it. If they saw those notifications when they looked at their screen of their phone, I'm betting MANY more would be checking their messages and class pages. And, really, that's what we all want, right?

Seriously. It looks like they just put a fake safari browser in the app and set it on their website. And on iPad whenever I go to check my grades for a specific class in detail it opens in safari. That’s not too bad but what is bad is when I go to open an attachment it takes me to safari but says something like “access denied”. And the attachment already opened in the app perfectly fine! Not to mention that push notifications were invented in iOS 4, and now in iOS 11 they STILL don’t have them. ’m sorry to say this about an app but I have to use this every day for school, which makes it inconvenient at times. What I would recommend is rebuilding the “app” from the ground up and make it an actual app experience, not a barely functional safari window. Giving it 2 stars instead of one because it kinda works for what I use it for.

The main Edsby platform is relatively easy to use (I have some issues that I wish would be fixed with the copy/paste functionality of the planner) and helps me manage my courses.

This app gives me none of the functionality that would make it remotely helpful. I can’t access my courses easily, I can’t make plans with it, I get the bare minimum of functions for posting information to my students, and most recently the app gives me a white screen when I search for a student. The white screen won’t go away even after closing the app down. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app 3 times just tonight.

If you’re going to use it for attendance on the go, MAYBE you might find it useful, but if you’re wanting to use it for anything that remotely may help with lesson planning, grading, or communicating with students, stick with the desktop version.

This app would be much more enjoyable if we were allowed to have push notifications of updated grades or if anything was added to a class. The little red notif on the class in the app isn’t enough. Sometimes I don’t want to check edsby just to not see any grades put in, push notifications would be really helpful. It’s like a little reminder to check your grades and make sure that you’re on track. Please try to make this a possibility, there are others suggesting this too. Thanks

I’m a high school student, I changed schools, and my previous school district used infinite campus, which was wayyyy better and more efficient than this app. Edsby is crazy slow, sometimes it doesn’t even work for days at a time, not just for me but everyone at school. The organization of the app is horrible, and it is almost impossible to figure out how to enable notifications about your grades, otherwise you have to constantly check it to see assignments and grades you completed. It is so glitchy and makes it very hard to communicate with teachers during this whole virtual learning situation. I wish we had a better app to use during this pandemic, because Edsby is NOT the move.

I have a love hate relationship with the app as well as the platform in general. To turn on notifications you have to search deep in settings. Whenever I submit an assignment I go straight back to the classes view. The app feels clunky and my teachers are always complaining about having to use it, grades sometimes randomly move Column’s onto different assignments or just outright disappear the phone app and desktop app need a revamp. Overall there’s nothing outstanding about the service ,I think my district is switching to canvas next year so I’m so happy. Please fix you app
