Russb53,
I’m happy
My biggest drawback is due mainly to the game itself. It can be a little complicated, but the game is complicated. It will help immensely when you are trying to bolster your character. I find the premise easy to use, succinct, and makes keeping track of your abilities much easier! Thanks!
Ozone384,
Awesome work (also, Ahzidal RULES)!
Your app is incredibly helpful!

However, I believe you missed an enchantment: Fortify Barter.
Zero Ehxe,
Still works on iOS 10, 6+
Now that Skyrim Remaster is coming out for the new generation of consoles (PS4, Xbox One, and PC's) I thought I'd check to see if the old app (having not been updated since 2013) still worked. It does currently work on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10. It's still the best companion to the game as you can note what enchantments you already have when selling items to a vendor or debating whether or not to purchase a magic item from a store (do I have the paralyze enchantment yet?) The alternative to this app is writing down on paper what you have and need, or running to an enchanted in-game to check. This app also allows you to enter your skills and buffs to see beforehand what strength enchantments you can make. Overall would highly recommend downloading.

Nice Try Alan
Your Alchemy App hit the mark and was second to none, so I decided to pay for this app, and found out This app was crap. Did t mean to be harsh, but seriously it felt like an after thought
Funnyburr,
Nifty app, but maybe not a necessity
This app is one of the best (if not the best) app I know of for enchanting in skyrim. It lets you catalogue the enchantments you know which is nice. It also asks for all available and relevant information for enchanting and calculates their effects so you don't have to. Probably the best feature of the app is one which lets you plan out a full set of enchanted gear and see what the net effect is. It might not be worth the money for those who don't mind the extra work to do everything by hand or for those who aren't too serious about enchanting. A convenient app. However, not nearly a necessity like the maker's alchemy app. But If you have an extra $2, I'd say go for it.
A Caveman,
Helpful
Three reasons this is helpful;
1) remember which enchantments you have; so you can sell loot you don't need, or buy that item that you'd want to disenchant.
2) some items you loot might be better than anything you could creat yourself; it's nice to know that before you disenchant it or sell it.
3) Planning it all out at the table - which enchants go where (head, neck, etc) - is NOT as easy as planning it all out beforehand with the app. And once you drink that 'fortify enchantment' potion, you've only got 30 seconds.
ButcherVIII,
Good,basic reference.
This app could benefit from the following additions and tweaks: Which creatures give which souls; possible list by rank of "most beneficial" or "effective;" but the one that would make this app truly killer?

Which enchantments are most beneficial to which characters? For example: a rogue or warrior who is much more into physical stamina than mental/magical ability would need enchantments dealing more in stealth, physical toughness/durability, speed and strength of attack, etc. So why "waste time" with enchantments that don't make sense for your character's role?

But the cross referencing and programming needed would probably make it more than $.99 Which, in the end, makes this a helpful app to have, if not *as useful* as the potion app.
Skinned Mike,
Awesome app
I love this author, and all his apps are superb. I really appreciate these guide apps because they are inexpensive and more convenient than using Steam Overlay.

I'm leaving five stars, but I hope the author will update this app to include effects from Dragonborn and the other dlc if applicable. For instance you can learn the chaos enchant and add it to your weapons. It is not currently on the list of things you can learn.

Overall the app is still very helpful and deserves five stars.

Have been playing since its release almost a year ago. I bought the Official Guide Book for $20 or $25 and spent countless hours pouring over its content. Nothing that I've found or read comes close to the info and content within this app. Always keep my iPhone at my side while playing. Don't know how people play without this app and the others. Keep up the great work.
Jacobm2010,
Best place to organize enchanting
I wanted to be an enchanter but honestly, it confused the hell out of me. Petty, lesser, common, oh my! That's when I found Alan Cave's Enchanting Guide for the Elder Scroll's V: Skyrim. It puts everything I need to know in the palm of my hand, at my fingertips, and right there in front of me! Wow!

Seriously though, this is necessary. And his alchemy app. Get it. Updated frequently. While supplies last, participation may vary. Haha just kidding.
