Description

EndeavorRx is the first & only FDA-authorized video game treatment to improve attention for kids 8-12 with primarily attentive or combined-type ADHD. Access to treatment in the game requires a prescription or order from your child's health care provider. If you receive a prescription for EndeavorRx, our pharmacy partner, PhilRx, will send you an activation code to activate treatment.

Created by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, EndeavorRx is powered by Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology designed to challenge and target areas of the brain that play a key role in attention function.

When playing the game, the goal is for your child to successfully navigate their character through courses while collecting targets and avoiding obstacles. They’ll chase mystic creatures, race through different worlds, use boosts to problem-solve while building their very own universe — and the difficulty levels adjust in real-time based on each child’s performance.

Follow your child's treatment journey with EndeavorRx Insight®: the official EndeavorRx companion app for caregivers. This free app connects directly to your child’s EndeavorRx treatment, providing a daily snapshot of your child's in-game mission completion and effort score. Download from the app store today!

EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention issue. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (Test of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx should be considered for use as part of a therapeutic program that may include: clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs, which further address symptoms of the disorder. It is not intended as a stand-alone therapeutic, nor is it a substitute for your child’s medication. The most common side effects observed in children in EndeavorRx clinical trials was a feeling of frustration, as the game can be quite challenging at times. No serious adverse events were observed with its use.

EndeavorRx requires a prescription or order from your child’s health care provider. Contact your child's health care provider and review the important indications, safety, and cautions in the Instructions for Use before deciding on using the EndeavorRx treatment. See Instructions for Use at: https://www.endeavorrx.com/instructions-for-use/

EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week for at least 4 consecutive weeks or as directed by your child’s health care provider. At the end of the 4 week treatment period, your child may benefit from additional treatment, as directed by your child’s health care provider.

If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea, or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your child’s health care provider before resuming.

EndeavorRx may not be appropriate for patients with photo-sensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict use of a mobile device; caregivers should consult with their child’s health care provider.

Version history

3.0.0
2023-04-19
3.0.0 brings changes to limit daily play time based on actual therapeutic minutes (also called Mission Minutes) played, rather than the Fuel-based limit that was previously in place. This change should reduce lengthy play times, and provide a more consistent daily treatment regimen.

Your child's daily remaining Mission Minutes can be viewed on the Galaxy Map hub screen. Additionally, upon completing their daily treatment regimen players will now receive a in-app coin reward for their efforts, which can be used to purchase avatar customizations.

Finally, Daily Quests have been moved to a new, dedicated window accessible from the Galaxy Map. This window provides additional information about Quest requirements and rewards allowing players to more effectively set and pursue goals.

glich stoper 😃,
Fun but after a while it gets boring
I really enjoy this game but sometimes it’s kinda boring it’s the same thing over and over even with a change of setting or a different creature to catch I do get bored after awhile I feel that the game helps me a lot! Sometime I still can’t focus but I am enjoying the game overall but I think there’s just something missing in the game also I like the skins they have but I think there should also be an option to create your own avatar like the hair style color accessories the cloths and all that stuff I would totally recommend this to someone with adhd such as myself and I think this game is amazing! :D
Bubba Wilber Williams,
Amazing! Game Changer!!!!!
I am a family nurse practitioner who has had ADHD since I was age 5. I’ve taken a variety of medications and seen numerous things that are purported to help with ADHD. Here are some key takeaways
1. This is a video game specifically focused on helping children age 8 to 12 with ADHD it requires supervision from a healthcare professional that’s why it’s FDA approved and needs a prescription.

2. There is a commitment to use this 3 to 5 times a week for at least three months to see results. It does not replace medication it is adjunct therapy to be used in consideration with other treatment modalities. Basically that means the family and the healthcare professionals decide on other things that can help with ADHD this is never a standalone product.

3. As a dualy licensed family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner I find any tools that can help support family and improve the disease process is much better than just medication alone. Enclosing research different treatments read and understand with the product does and does not do before making some flippant and derogatory comments that makes you look uneducated and uninformed.

This product may not be for everyone but for those with adhd age 8 to 12 it is a new therapeutic tool that is a game changer

Not well designed
My son is adequately engaged in this game but the way it’s set up to play, moving the whole device to steer is causing him a lot of frustration. We have a regular iPad and while the large screen size is great for the graphics holding the thing and trying to steer for 25 minutes literally causes him tears as his arms start to hurt and that in turn affects his game play.
Now we have to purchase a smaller iPad or use our phones (which he says is too small for the graphics) in order for him to continue to want to play. Additionally he is complaining that the story/purpose of the game is not very fun. It’s the same repetitive thing over and over. There seems to be insufficient incentive to want to advance to the next level. I haven’t been able to get him to play consecutively without nagging/badgering him. It’s just not fun enough

Game not functioning properly
My daughter has been using this app for a few weeks, but it no longer is working properly. When she rotates the cell phone, it is not effective in manipulating the video game character despite multiple attempts. Please advise.

Feedback
We have been using this game about a week. Please add a timer to this game. And please allow parents to set how long they should use the game. Also, it would be helpful if the child had to play the game for a certain number of minutes before they were able to access the character store. I was under the impression my daughter was doing the full 25 minutes every time because I am setting a timer downstairs, however it looks like she was only spending part of the time doing the game and the rest doing the store. Also the parent app is not very helpful at all. I would like to see real data on where she struggling and how she’s improving over time. What is shown currently is not helping me as a parent at all. Thanks for your time.

Feedback
Honestly I think that the game should have a few more items that the child can change such as sensitivity and audio settings for the reason the game is having the child do hairpin turns and is having to flip the device therefore preventing them from seeing the items in which they need to tap and the audio settings for the ability to use music if that helps them focus as well as scoring less harshly because the child in a skill test can make less that six mistakes in targeting or else that have to do it again. Thank you for your time I hope my feedback is helpful
965T,
Game is boring and has glitches
My son started the APP a week ago, and he has complained that the game is boring, and the graphics changes so fast that his eyes feel very strained after each session. Now his game is stuck due to a glitch and he said that he is happy. We are still trying to get technical support after missing 3 days of playing, and to me this is unacceptable after making us go through all the hoops to get this prescription and charging us $99 for a month. And might I add that this is two years after it was launched?
URMUM.CON77,
Way too complicated than it has to be
This child’s game is way too complicated for even some parents to understand why make it so hard to even create an account if this is a GAME and also why do you need our address? There isn’t a purpose too having it because this game is strictly for KIDS with adhd it would be easier if you were just to request a location from the user.
coundn't find a name:jdjfj,
Not a parent great game
Fun if you are like me and willing to grind to get max creatures and all the skins also make it so you can upgrade your galaxy with coins if you have all of the skins

Complaints
The child after 1 or 2 sessions can “beat” the “game” and therefore loose interest in the app please make some content updates my child after 1 1/2 sessions has developed a deep hatred for the app and has threatened to off there self as well as seeing the app as a punishment for having ADHD please make this app more geared towards the children

Overall a waste of my money and time
