- we generate low res versions of your picture and we seamlessly transition to the full res version as you zoom in
We've also fixed a few crashes in broadcast, eraser & bookmarks.

Great to finally see maintenance and improvements
This intriguing app does an amazing thing, but it has some real limitations which prevent me from relying on it. On the plus side, it really is infinite, infinitely wide and also infinite zoom in both directions. And it seems stable. It has not crashed on me or lost my information yet. The new color selection, added recently, is a welcome addition!
But what limitations! There is only the one file, which is the infinite canvas. You can’t close the file and start a new one. I understand that in theory you don’t need multiple files if you have infinite space inside your one file. But I’d like to be able to back up my work.
For that reason, I’ve only played with this app, never used it for anything long term because I don’t feel secure against catastrophic data loss.

Don’t pay for this
Cool concept and has some utility but in the end you can’t trust this app to retain important info (like your notes for work or school), and customer support is completely non-existent. To that end, this app is ultimately just a scribble toy and not worth paying any fee for it. I’d been using the app for a few months as a portable white board for work and had tons of notes in it. Then about a week ago the app froze while I was trying to take a screen shot. No big deal, it happens, but what was hugely disappointing was when I closed and relaunched the app for some unknown reason the entire thing jumped back in time by at least a couple weeks. It was like someone hit the undo button 10,000 times and redo was not an option. At least a week of notes and work gone in a snap. Again, if I ‘lost’ the last few minutes before a crash I could understand that, but a week plus?!?! Unacceptable. I’ve reached out to the customer support email address provided within the app but that was a waste of time, still no response over a week later. Would love to get my $10 back but probably not happening. Recommend avoiding this one until Epiphanie matures into a real developer / vendor.

Amazing concept but…
I’ve noticed the genuinely upsetting lack of developer responses to reviews- and it is truly disheartening because this app concept is truly a great one with the proper edits and maybe an overhaul this could be much more amazing. My first thought would be a way to clear the entire canvas instantly since the eraser tool can quite often miss spots that just won’t erase. The other thing is I believe that this app could get much more interest if it were marketed as an art program instead of note taking one, because the concept is amazing for it and the simplicity only adds to that, however the lack of/ glitchy tools is a downfall. All it would really need would be some extra tools/brushes and for the eraser tool to be fixed as it really erases erratically and unevenly while the pens have an issue with not drawing clean, unbroken lines.
I genuinely hope that devs can see some of these feedbacks and maybe consider them, because I would love to be able to use it to create.

great app
for now, this is probably the best infinite canvas out there for handheld devices. I've read other reviews and it's unfortunate that some users had issues with saved work. but there's a backup feature now.

I crave tools that will enable me to do more complex things with my imagination. I literally have to import a line image and draw over that for reference. or import a circle image for drawing a nice circle, etc. having a bucket tool or line tool and bezier tool would make this app even more amazing.

No selecting tool
I just bought this app and as it seems you are using the native tool set that apple has for pencil, but 2 very important thing are missing the first one, please can you add the selection tool? It is very important as you can save a lot of time selecting and duplicating an item, and 2, not as important as the first one, please allow to snip the tool menu to other side of the screen, for example I’m left handed and it is more comfortable to me to have the tools on the right side of the screen, thanks, hope to hear soon from you
This is a little frustrating and disappointing. This app is not the cheapest one by far and yet aside from those comments I also discover when you export a file is a jpg with very bad resolution, I can,t share my sketching with my work colleagues with this image quality...

Truly reimagined idea-capturing on iPad
With its fractal-like note taking, you feel like you gain a whole new dimension on your 2D iPad screen. It's like Google Earth of your thoughts, you start with the big picture and you can zoom in down to the smallest detail and then back to the big picture and see how details come together.
App works very smooth and hand rejection while writing with Apple Pencil is great. Design is very minimalistic, which let's you see your work and not the app. You can bookmark different views/details of your creation. This app will inspire you to develop your ideas farther than you could with white boards, post-it notes or whichever other method you use, check it out, I gladly recommend it.

Scratches that itch of being able to write and draw anywhere. Bookmarks working great for me too. Make sure you use those or you might lose something in the endless white space.

Practically magic!
This app is absolutely incredible! Is it perfect? No. Does it have the potential to be? Absolutely! And the team is working on it. I reached out to the developer and got speedy responses. They’ve allowed me to beta test the newest update which allows for export! (Which was something that I was hoping was available.) I’ve not had this much fun doodling in a long time. My intent is to create a scavenger hunt for my students, hopefully they’ll enjoy it as much as I did creating it! Is $10 steep especially without a test? Yep. Did I get ten dollars worth of enjoyment out of it? Nope. I got much much more!

Room To Improve
The concept and idea of this app is great, it’s the only app that operates quite literally as an “endless paper”. However, there are a few things that I would want to see incorporated in the next update. First, I would want an option that betters and corrects the imperfections in handwriting, much like Sketchbook and Procreate offers. I would also like the option of an object eraser. That is all I need before I can give 5 stars. Again, this app is the only one I have found with such a concept, so I do not know how it operates or works and how difficult these features could be to correctly bring out.

It needs these few features to become a recommendable at it’s price point. I think it with these it will become extremely popular.
