Filling your cup
I work in a very fast paced, high energy, hospital environment. I began to become aware of how drained, emotionally, I was. I have started doing meditations with this app in the morning before o begin my day and that in conjunction w yoga, has made a world of difference. I work with a lot of cancer patients and pour my heart and soul into them, it is my passion, but I have to be able to replenish myself, in order to wholly give to them. Thank you ❤️

Best meditation app
This is an outstanding app. Maude is an amazing healer and teacher who I have worked with over the past two years. The benefit of this app is that it puts Maude’s mindfulness practice at your fingertips available any time. We all need this now. Well worth the subscription!

Maude is amazing
