well my agency used a different ‘subcontractor’ we will say, of ESPYR, prior to 2016. I have not called since well before that. I am incredibly surprised and thankful that the first person I spoke with on the phone was an actual trained counselor. And they’re there to listen immediately. sometimes, some of us, power through, and power through, and power through, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, to our own detriment, and nothing works. this was at least a step in the right direction.
