Could not even register an account. Prompts ask for policy holder information even when registering as a dependent (spouse). When selecting birth month, day, and year, app would scroll half way down screen and I'd have to move it back up. With correct info for policy holder, no info was asked about me. Called customer support and was told "policy holder date" means policy holder DOB (so why didn't prompt just say so? Very confusing. Even with correct entries per customer rep, I could not register via the app - received message essentially stating entered information did not match. Per rep, the web page has a section asking for the name and DOB of the web user - app fails to ask this information. Finally had to register account from webpage which had its own issues, but at least I could register my account.
