What a great company. I am new to young living and really wish I had known about this when my granddaughters were here during the crazy of 2020. I have read so many negative reviews an I think they are just mad at something else. I have had a great interaction with customer service. I called I was taken care of within the first 2 minutes of the call. So customer service for me has 10 stars
The product is to die for. I love everything I have received so far. I have been amazed at how much better I feel just putting the oil on 3 times a day. It is actually helping my PTSD. Love this and wish others would not bash a company so bad. I will turn these reviews around if I have to post positive on a daily basis

Trouble loading and keeps crashing
I imagine this app is very informative. Last week I able to see some info, but would crash and shut down. Now I can’t open any of the links without getting the perpetual loading cycle.

Repetitive text and hard to contact
I downloaded this app to supplement a couple other apps and the Desk Reference I have. The pictures are very nice. However the text is directly quoted from the desk reference book. In addition, I’m finding increasing numbers of passages that are repeats, as if “copy-paste” was ongoing without being monitored. I tried to contact support and finally gave up being able to access the vendor through the app description or directly through a browser to their website. The same page appeared each time that was unresponsive. There should be information in the app description that alerts readers to the association between the app and the Desk Reference so that customers can knowingly choose whether to get the mobile version of a book they might already have or not. Disappointing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would
I spent $7 on this app a few years ago and yes did the app have some glitches, 100%, but it was still usable. Today I finally updated the app to see if they resolved the glitches. Come to find out you have to now upgrade to a premium version to get any information. They removed a whole bunch of usage guide options that the old version used to have. This app used be decent, now it has become a complete waste of money. I find it ridiculous to spend money to get the app in the first place and 4 years later you need to spend $5 a month or $40 a year to access information.

Love this app
My go to app for Young Living oils. There’s so many great recipes that I love in here. Personally tried the peppermint compress and it’s changed my life! This is the only app I found that actually has all the Young Living oils. I use the inventory feature often to keep track of my orders, highly recommend this app!!!

About this app
I haven’t been using this app very long but it has helped e so much. It is easy to navigate and easy to understand. It is so helpful and quick access to everything I’ve needed so far.

Decent app if you like everything pre loaded
The app works alright, the problem is that you cannot add your own recipes, you get whatever recipes are already loaded into the app.
I suppose you could put them into the notes section but then your recipes aren’t all together.
The app is basically user friendly but for a paid app, I would like to be able to customize it a little so that it works flawlessly with for my family and business needs.

If you’re interested in supporting every aspect of your life naturally this Young Living essential oil guide is a must have. The products I found have really helped to improve my health, especially my digestion. I highly recommend!

Has potential
It’s a fantastic resource app. However for me the front page never seems to load the “Diffuser Blend of the Day” or “Oil Of the Day” it’s always blank. It worked ONE TIME. For me. It’s a bummer since I’d love to see that. So for that I can’t give this more than 3. If those two features we’re working I’d give it 5.

Not very helpful! Keeps crashing
I purchased this app to help me with my new young essential oils kit. The usage guide doesn’t tell how it helps or really what to do with the blended oils it only gives a recipe! I keep trying to click the usage guide for “congestion” and it just crashes every time!!!! I bought this for $7 I would expect it to work or at least have the kinks worked out! It’s been a week and still does the same thing. This app is trash DON’T buy it!!
