Love this app!
I use this app almost every single day! I have been using the free version since I downloaded it a couple of years ago, and - because I rely on the helpful information it provides - I am going to purchase the full version now (I’m treating myself!)! There are a few typos and several oils are less well-explained; this only stands out because the rest of the details are so thorough and well done!!! Thank you for making this available! I hope you will continue to support this resource!

Out of Date
Three major fails:
Minus 1 star: Not up to date for even some of the common oils/products.
Minus 1 star: lack of ability to manually add products (in my opinion, this is important if we’re paying a premium fee but the products are not regularly updated).
Minus 1 star: Recipes that include Eucalyptus are all only saying Eucalyptus Blue as the ingredient. Some of the recipes would be best with Eucalyptus Radiata or Eucalyptus Globulus.
It’s not a great app, but it’s not the worse if you’re looking for simplicity of keeping an inventory of items.
Some other changes could include: fixing the major lag the app has when trying to add to your inventory, Adding a quantity counter for total bottles. It currently only counts the total of different oils which is great but I also like to double check my total bottles before I manually go through the entire list (if needed). I would like an option to also add my own recipes. It’s great how it allows me to add a note to a recipe or a oil, but that’s not as efficient as having the ability to add a new recipe under “local storage” or “personally added oils.” Would it be great to have the ability to sync across devices or export/import? Absolutely! But I feel like that’s just me being nitpicky and needy now.

Very helpful for healthy
Many of these essential oils are wonderful things that can give for health and beauty. I have this Young Living essential oils reference guide to learn all the benefits of essential oils are incredibly useful. In addition, the details showed the health benefits of essential oils in this app. The health benefits of essential oils were the most interesting things to me, I found the information here. I also load of different situations that can be applied to other recipes here. Of course, free! It is an excellent option in case you need to experience one of the diseases that you are here.

Almost a secret!
I’m not sure we’re actually found this app, but I absolutely love it & it is free. I can look up most of any of the young living oils as well as their uses and I can look up symptoms and find help I can also look at different charts and I can have this information wherever I am it’s so much nicer than carrying around a big book and although it doesn’t have all the information it has a lot of information for general knowledge of oils!

Great idea but...
This could be a wonderful app. It is visually pleasing, and a good presentation. It has a lot of good information as to how the oil works and what it’s made from etc. it has an inventory list (why I got it) and place to add what you need to reorder. All f that is a great idea.
However, it’s a bit confusing as how it works. Just looking at an oil adds it to your inventory, it’s takes ages to load a page, the links seem to go to a different page each time. If it weren’t for these issues, I’d be happy to pay $7 for it. But due to the difficulty and slowness, I hardly use it. Which is very sad, because it really could be a great and very useful app.

Great Young Living essential oils reference guide for a new trend!
Essential oils is the NEW big thing. Well that's what social media wants you to think. When in reality essential oils has been a part of some peoples every day life for years. Whether it is for weight loss, nail/hair/skin care. medicinal or just for scent. There is a way to use oils in every aspect of your life. That being said. I didn't know any of this before I use this app. It's a wealth of information and uses. I am so happy I purchased it and even happier that i can put it to use.

Huge disappointment!
Minus 1 star - There’s no way to choose a letter of the alphabet. You have to scroll forever to get to Valor & Xiang Mao! So I put Valor in the search bar—and there’s no way to get out of it other than close the app!
Minus a 2nd star - NOT ALPHABETICAL! This is not the correct order of the N oils: Northern Lights Black Spruce, Neroli, Nutmeg!! For oils that have lots beginning with the same letter, this makes inventory more trouble than it’s worth. Kunzea should come after all the KidScents oils, not in the middle.
Minus a 3rd star - Poor overall rating for info. Why include Cajeput when YL doesn’t sell it? “Bay” should be called Laurus Nobilis, not Bay Leaf. They’re the same, but call it by the YL name, please. “Season” should be “Season Essentials,” and the individual oil section is empty.

Pay for Recipes? No thx, I’ll keep using Pinterest
I rated low to draw attention to the fact that you have to pay for recipes. On one hand, there are some great features that make tracking faves, shopping list, inventory really easy and I love that, but come on, $30 a year to get recipes? I’m already irritated that there isn’t an option to skip a month on my monthly orders and now this... another way to put money in their pockets. While this app and all features should be free, especially for those of us that are monthly essential rewards subscribers, I wouldn’t be writing this review if I had to pay a few dollars for a one time app purchase. Is there such as a thing as an essential oil that eliminates BS? 🤬

Limited personalization
The shopping cart option is weird. If you just work from the oil inventory and use the cart icon it puts it on the shopping list. But if you add it to the shopping list directly you cannot move it to the inventory. Have to delete and re add to inventory. Should remove the add option on the shopping list.
No place to put your personal recipes. BIG flaw. The notes feature is everywhere but it has to attach to an oil or a recipe. Pretty useless. Way too much money just for recipes. Will cancel before paying another year without some functionality added.

Many bugs and list EOs that Young Living doesn’t sell
I decided to pay for the app, and regret that I have done so. Some of the recipes and wording is mixed up with symbols and some
of the recipes such as the Cajeput Bath, calls for Cajeput EO which Young Living doesn’t sell. There’s also another recipe that calls for Bay EO, another oil that I have not head of, and Young Living doesn’t sell. Further to that I tied looking for those oils in the oil guide on this app and there was no information on either oil.
If this app is Young Living branded it should cover the oils that Young Living sells. Due to the typographical errors and the fact that recipes contain EOs that cannot be purchased by Young Living, I give this app 1 star. Wish I could get my money back.
